Someone may or may not have already said this, but you can also sometimes find 10 star tree seedlings from the Sprite Shop. I got a couple that way.
You're right, that's also a good way of getting 10 star seedlings!
With that much money I’d splurge on Orichalcum ores at the General Store since it takes a while to farm it yourself (even with the Stonebreaker Valley). That’s just me being impatient. 😂
I may or may not have started to copy your entire farm. Spoiler, I do. Why? Because I really liked it so much
Haha that's okay, I'm glad you liked my farm! 😊
Me too especially his first area and I sat up my crop area in the Second Area exactly like he did. It made my life so easy having him map it out already lol
I've been playing this more recently and this video really helped! I had no idea there'd be a higher chance for golden crops if you plant 10 star seedlings (vs planting 6-9star seedlings that eventually give you 10 star crops). Thanks!
Man looks like I need to start using trees then. I’ve been buying every fruit tree so far and I’m still in the first year in Autumn.
They take a little long to produce fruit but at least there’s no need to replant and it’s for forever! Thanks for the great tips like always Josh! :)
Your gardens look so pretty! I'm still working on getting all of my seeds to level 10. I'm almost at level 6 orcharding so hopefully I can get my trees up soon too!
I just unlocked my first seasonal garden, so this video is right on time 😌 as always, thank you so much for all the tips!
Yay, perfect timing! Glad to help! 😊
This is some cool tip. I make 200k minimum per day when i want to. Cus i get bored so every day i have to do different stuff to keep me entertain. I pick a day to make grass related item, then a day for the town and fishing etc etc. but if you already are in autumn of first year you should be making more than 100k per day when you want to make the effort
take a walk around your farm without being that camera mode for me to see, I really like your videos
Thanks! Yes I'm thinking of re-doing my farm tour without the camera mode! :)
As someone from CA I agree, avocado are the most valuable fruit lol
Gonna plant a whole bunch of them when spring come.
Thanks for the info on fruit tree, much appreciated.
Glad the video helped!
Avocados are way too expensive irl. 😭
@@JoshGamingGarden In cali it already $1 and we grow them here. I can only imagine the price somewhere it not grown -sweat-
I have 8.7 million gold right now from seedlings and jam. I only use the jam makers to increase the value of my melons and occasionally, 10 star watermelons that sell for 2.5k. I’m dying to spend this money on something, I have every house upgrade, tool upgrade, farm expansion etc. seems weird that in FOM they give you the option to buy a 10 million dollar townhouse right off the bat, but in this game where I would say is significantly easier to make money, there aren’t too many options yet :-(
I agree I wish there were more ways to spend your money in endgame! It's so easy to make yet it feels like there's no much reason to make money after upgrading the house and tools.
I'm just about done with my first year and I'm glad I found this video
At this point, just use the money to buy Ori ores from the general store XD Thanks for making this vid! :)
Thank u josh for another amazing video! I’m in spring of my second year and it’s getting hard to unlock the seasonal gardens and im starting to stock on fruit tree seedlings just now ><
Pd. Hope u can make a tutorial about the Lovett cooking quests ;_;
Thank you! Yes the gardens take a while for unlocking them all!
Maybe I could make a video on Lovett's quests, what is it about it that you find the most difficult?
@@JoshGamingGarden Thanks that would be amazing, right now i find it hard to get the different sea creatures to make some foods, idk when or where to fish them (bc i keep getting the same fishes) and i already have a gold rod!
Thanks! I'm actually planning a fishing video at some point, hopefully that would help!
Hi Josh! Your videos are so interesting and helpful thank you!
Thank you Stephanie!
Thank you for the tips! Ive search everywhere the way removing tree
So happy i got the 10 star seedling from the spirit!
Now I wanna restart to change up my plans for the trees....
DO NOT PLANT THEM NEXT TO EACH OTHER
OMG the amount of them I have to search for the correct fruit of the season to harvest cuz I plant like 20 next to each other...do not recommend. It even harder just to get the harvest option to show up in an area of 20 fruit tree. ESPCAILLY OLIVE those thing never change color and if you got 20 tree you will never know when to harvest lol
@Freya Coffeelover I was smart too. I plant them like one space apart, add a tile, and thought that would help. Nope, they are too big and smash into each other still. I recommend like at least 3-5 spaces apart and surround the whole area in 2 set of title or gate to avoid new tree from growing near them (your fruit tree) until you get access to garden) It almost impossible to move them too. I try to move them but to move them you would need to buy new fruit seedling before the season and they don't sell them before the season. If you buy it in season you got to wait 15 days for it to start making fruit and there no point. (if you already have a full grown tree that already making fruit to cut it down and plant a new baby one just to move to a better area) You would have to cut down the old tree to plant a new one somewhere else to make space. 15 day is half the month so it better to just keep your tree then cut them down to move them during the season. So yeah, you are stuck with them forever, wherever you plant them year 1, until you get the garden.
FYI: IF YOU THINK YOU SMART AND PLANT TO MAKE SEED for the fruit tree before the season ....you can't. You seed maker only work on veggie and flower. The seedling machine is only unlock at level 6 of orcharding (Which to my frustration isn;t the same as harvesting which IMO is the same thing. However in the game it is it own separate thing like mining. ) I am in year one and I am only on level 4 of orcharding. I really doubt you can get to level 6 in year one which will unlock the seedling maker. It is possible but you would spend most of your money, time, resource, and effort there to grown huge amount of tree which IMO not worth it. Mushroom, bee, and other area make more money and help you developed much faster then spending that much effort on fruit in year one. Maybe in year 2 when you already establish most of your animal, unlock most area, got to level 50 on mine etc you can focus on mass production of fruit but year 1 is hard enough without adding fruit to your goals. So yeah NO YOU CANNOT GET SEEDLING MAKER YEAR ONE. (again unless that your sole goal then it is possible)
kinda hate when orchading reach Lv9 and there's NOTHING unlocked at that level.... not even a crafting recipe...
This is so much work. I wasted so much clay on bricks.... 😅 i wish there was a way to automatically harvest stuff. Its the bigger reason I dont plant 100s of things....
Omg I can't believe seedlings cost more that's so bizzare.... i better get some clay ugh
What spacing is needed for planting the trees?
Yeah, but by this point in the game, what do you need all the money for? If you built the hydroponic plant and upgraded your house all the way, is anything left to spend it on?
As I said unfortunately there isn't much to spend your money on in the endgame (I hope they can add some things to work towards with the expansion pass!), however I do think you can start making money this way as soon as you unlock your first seasonal garden, and if you start early it can help quite a lot!
Hello i have a question
Do we need distance for each tree?
I have a question, how can i get my fruits from the trees?
I am curious.
I am trying to get 10* fruit trees - I have orchard of Avocados, and Applies and working on Peach..
But a 9* Mango sells for 2030g, where a 9* Peach sells for 1885g. So why aren't you doing 10* mango saplings? (it's only 145g difference, but honestly just curious). is it because the peach has a chance to go golden so you can get more saplings?
Yes exactly, the saplings are the best way to make money, and golden fruits will give you way more saplings than regular ones. So that's why I stick with Peach, then apples and avocados.
@@JoshGamingGarden okay thanks! i was just wondering if i was going crazy hahahahaa but i get you now. I am just hoping my 9* peach finally gives me a 10* one so i can get that orchard going.
Thanks for answering! :) (and for these videos. they were very helpful in my playthrough!)
Curious, during summer, isn't mango supposed to be more expensive? Or i might be wrong. Huge fan here btw! Id love to show you my farm's layout. Yours inspired me
Regular mangoes might be more valuable than regular peaches, but there are no golden mangoes and this is what makes all the difference! ☺️
Thank you!!!
How did you put the table outside?
Josh, I really wish you had a savagely image or something easily accessible like you did with your vegetables and so forth. I refer to those charts a lot! But you have nothing for the fruit trees...
Is there anyway to convert fruits into seeds?
:(
You'll unlock the seedling maker for that at level 6 of orcharding.
How do I harvest the fruit? I can’t figure it out and I’ve lost so many fruit and trees!
click a to harvest
Hello Josh! On what section do we get the giant seedling maker for free? I tried searching through the town hall catalogue and only got a giant seed maker :(
make sure you’re level 10 in orcharding, not fieldwork
Hi Josh,
I’m just curious why my peach trees 6 star seedlings give me 8star peaches instead of 10? Given that I have level 3 field level and the summer garden.
Hi! What's the level of your orcharding skill? I believe to get 10 stars you need orcharding level 6. If you're level 6 and have level 3 field, your 6 star seedlings should give you 10 star fruits!
@@JoshGamingGarden oh I see, i was thinking it could be the mode I an in right now, which is the seedling mode.
Anyway, I really appreciate your response Josh! Thanks a bunch! 😊
How do we check which town development level we are at? I want peach trees so bad
You can sometimes get them from the sprite store
There's no way to see the town development level, but you'll unlock peaches at level 6, that should be after Victor tells you he wants new benches. That's the request after the one for the Beauty Salon. There are 10 levels in total.
How to u get the fruit off the tree

I always go find raw diamond and make them into diamonds for 12,000 gems but it’s getting annoying to find them. 😞
Yep, diamonds are quite valuable so it's good when you find them, but I feel like mining is not such a good way of making money, especially compared to previous games like Mineral Town when the time stopped in the mine.
@@JoshGamingGarden Yup I always pass out at 2:00am 😞
I have a stack of 50 I’m just slowing turning into gems, it’s definitely a long process especially since I couldn’t find raw opals for the longest time and only had 1 gem maker🤧
@@viriotie Raw opals are only available in area 1. Also I think one of the town hall achievement reward is a gem maker as well.
Josh please tell me how ur saving ur game whenever u want I thought u could only save when going to sleep at the end of the day
You can just press + and save!
U really monster 🤣🤣🤣
Thank you Josh! Amazing information that I couldn’t find anywhere else 😊
