Hey farming doods! Managed to finish the money guide for the early game today, hopefully it's helpful for you all! As always, if you still have any questions don't hesitate to ask. The guide for quickly increasing your relationships with the bachelors/bachelorettes & romance event showcases are next, but it will take a few days as I have some place to be tomorrow. Have a good weekend! :)
So I found out that you can buy products, like veggies straight from the store. Example is tomato for 180. Use the seed maker to turn it into 2 seed packets. Each sells for 150. You earn 120 a day per tomato. I know its not much, but if your seed makers are just laying there, make some money. Selling seeds from crops you grow will increase your profit even more from just selling the crop itself.
Yup, seed makers are great later in the game! With these you can also increase the quality of your crops further; the store always sells 0* quality seeds and if you put 3* quality veggies in the machine you 3* quality seeds, which will turn into even higher quality crops. Plus, the higher quality of crops, the higher chance you have to get special versions which sell for even more :D
I also recommend fishing for the first 6 day or if you are planting cucumber and broke-go fishing. Level up your fishing skill (you will need it later I promise) and make about 300-1k for about 5-10 fishes which shouldn't take too long. Now why do you need to fish? ........ for cooking food for mining. Yup mining like every other game take a lot of stamina (and cave #3 have pot hole that can drain almost all your stamina). Fried egg and grill fish are the only easy recipe (unless you plan to save all/use your crop and be broke like me) that required nothing but egg and fish. Having like 2-5 grill fish for mining can help a lot.
@@Swrinny A downside for me is my own personal feeling as well, like I can't forgive myself for doing so even though that is really stupid of me. I've found it can also make some parts of the game completely useless, like the entire Bistro and cooking in general as you basically never run out of stamina and often finish most days with stamina left and nothing to really do with it.
so old video so maybe no response but, i'm trying to get all tools to gold before the end of spring, is there any tips you might have to manage that? i found a dead discord that says they managed to unlock the 3rd area on just day 5, by having the 20k to buy it instead of getting the materials and i just, cannot fathom how to get that much that soon
Thanks for the video and all the helpful tips! Quick question: Do we win a new trophy for every festival we win? For example, if I win the same festival two years in a row, do I get to keep two trophies? Thanks in advance. ☺
thanks .. I am new to the game and never got into harvest moon , story of seasons or rune factory much ..... I did beat tides of destiny but I did little farming there .... or was it no farming .. it has been a while
Not necessarily - I haven't used diamonds for anything other than selling, but I did use Rubies as a gift for Damon as he likes them. Coffee is a cheaper and easier gift for him though, but I messed up by not growing Coffee beans in the right season so Rubies were my 2nd best option :)
There are 10 extra hearts you can get in total. 6 of them can be 'bought' using spirit coins at the shrine in the north part of town. If you haven't unlocked this yet, you'll just need to play a bit longer until the cutscenes with the spirit girl pop up and have you progress. The other 4 hearts can be obtained by unlocking and getting a high score in the tilling minigame in the sky and the farming minigame in a cave. Again, if you don't know what these are just keep playing until the options unlock. Hope this helps!

Rise and grind gamers. Time to get that gamer bread
I just realised that i often make money from fishing. When you got sparkling fish at least you got about 500G. But i agree with you bro, nice tips!

Good one! Definitely works in the long run too
What a great guide. Thank you sooooo much!
Glad it was helpful!
Thanks for the tips man! Just started this game last night
This was a great video I mean I have had the game a while but did not know about some of this stuff .thanks
This was super helpful, did not know about the gems so thanks
Glad to help!
I loved the acnh reference!!
Haha, Daisy Mae is awesome :D
Me too! I laughed when I saw the Daisy Mae cameo!
There is no downside to playing on seedling difficulty, and thus absolutely no reason not to do it
Only downside I can think of is that the progression could go too quick for some people

Does this easier mode affect the end of the game or does the end remain the same as the normal mode?

I got a lot of money out of the Matsutake Seeds. Easy and fast.
Where do I get the olive crystal
Great video thank you! Question - I like to hoard items in case I need them for later - will i need diamonds and rubies for later?

Which cave can you get raw diamonds from? Also after getting married you have a choice to make the wedding outfits where diamonds will be needed
@@itzyagurlgidget2738 Sorry for the late reply!! You can get diamonds in the 2nd mine (lower chance) and in the 3rd mine (best chance)
@@Swrinny thank you and no problem you're perfectly fine
Love your content bruh, i can spend my time to wait the coral islands
Appreciate it! And what the hell, how did I not know of that game? It looks amazing :O Gonna be following their development!
Thank you!
How do you make the makers? I had the conversation with mayor and carpenter I believe but don’t see the option in the menu.
You unlock most of them by leveling up your skills such as farming, mining, etc
Or you can do what I do and just play the game and have fun 😅 I planted potatoes and strawberries because why not 🤣 and a lot of flowers
Dude how to increase the heart numbers?
