How to fix vertical bars on LED TV

jumper (wire) joining from source PCB to Gate COF VON voltage.

have you ever repaired a monitor with fuzzy moving colours and lines? Turn on, good picture for about 5 sec and then fuzziness slowly starts to spread around the screen so the lines. I have to reset monitor few times and after 10 min its back to normal. What it might be?
What voltage setting do I use is 240v and does the black lead have to touch connection. As I have a electric tester but I’m no sparky

Hi, my lg led tv 43 inch 4k, there is vertical line comes on the centre of the screen when tv turn on but that line disappeared after few second. The screen brightness goes low and high and picture hang for a while when brightness goes low. Remote control function also affected slow. Could you please advise which board is to be checked or needs to replaced.

only 8 to 10 vertical lines of 0.5 mm length are same place every time boot

As you measured voltages OK on the scalar board, how did you know to test the COF board ? In my case I have a UHD screen with many source COFs and no extra Gate COFs. All voltages on the scalar board read correct. Could this be the same problem ?
