3 still in box - and also, what's the point of buying electronic devices "minimally", when you still keep the broken, not-working ones years later, like collection pieces. Does Jordan do this with ALL of his electronic devices???? His house must be totally cluttered with minimally-purchased items.....

What I love most about Conan is that he loves random encounters with people who don't know him and aren't impressed by the trivial nonesense and ego of celebrities.
@@Pfromm007 - He's one of the only people i've ever seen in my life that can go to any foreign country and make the people there laugh despite not knowing the language. His travel segments were always some of my favorites and have stood the test of time.

He’s the best bullshitter in America. He’s amazing
He's also the only person in America who owns 4 hair trimmers (not counting hair trimmer salespeople)
He may be eccentric but the guy knows what he's talking about. He's ranted about toilet paper before but I switched to his recommendation and it he was right.
His rant about loving the band Rush but not having much to say say to the lead singer also makes perfect sense to me. But he knows which version was the best master of the recording.
His appreciation for fine products and manner of thinking may not make make for "normal" conversation, but I'll take his recommendations every time.
I'm not as obsessive but I can relate to some degree. I always look for BIFL (buy it for life) recommendations before I purchase something.

The problem with hiring Jordan to do your product marketing/sales is that if you're as big as Panasonic, you're bound to have many models for sale that Jordan loathes as well as the ones he loves. In the same breath of praising one product, he will also casually mention other specific models (made by the same company) that he considers garbage and that nobody should ever buy them. He would be a double-edged sword if you hire him for that job, lol.

Every time I see Jordan, I HAVE to click, especially this newer stuff. All jokes aside, I know that he's a quirky guy, and the years that we spent learning that none of this is an act or schtick is amazing. When you take all of that away, I really wish that I could sit and talk to him person to person. Just genuinely curious as to whether or not Jordan really throws himself into learning all about everything that he comes in contact with.
