I discover u the night before my exam and u r literally the best thing that happened to me for a while (while studying neuroanatomy related of course). thank you so much, your explanation is amazing and understandable. plz keep up the good work and do some videos on the renal system if that's possible. thanks again 👍
Thanks so much for your support and we are happy you enjoyed our videos. BUT, we actually have an entire renal playlist for your enjoyment! Check it out and good luck on your exam!

I was crying just a week before my neuro comittee since I really cannot understand anything. your videos one of the most powerfull assets for me in this process, you are just best of the best
What clarity and understanding of the subject... You remind me of one of my favourite teachers long ago.. That's to say when I was in med school ... exactly 30 yrs back... Keep up the good work... I am sure medical students love your lectures.
omg, this is amazing. I'm in my firsy year of med school and your videos are making understanding the concepts of neuroanatomy so much clear. great job!
this is one of the best lectures out there but its too much info for my tiny brain i have to rewatch this video a couple of times for me to actually retain everything, thank you so much for compiling everything in one video it all finally makes sense !
I'm enjoying medicine from u teacher, I'm ready to watch ur videos first when waking up instead of social apps.. thank u from bottom of my heart❤️ 🙏🏻 god bless u guys

amazing video! I just wanted to point out one minor detail - The internal carotid artery DOES NOT pass through the foramen lacerum. It only goes through the carotid canal.
It does dude…..ICA initially passes upward, forward and medially in the carotid canal. Then it enters the foremen lacerum via the posterior wall. Then it turns upward and medially to enter cranial cavity…
one suggestion to you: please move out of camera now and then. so that screenshot the picture and save for review. or plz provide us with the final diagram as jpg link in this youtube video.
Great job! Worth specifying - those microvascular disease third nerve palsy cases are typically *pupil sparing* because of the organization of the fibers. The parasympathetic fibers on the margins are closer to vessels, and more protected. This matters clinically because a third nerve palsy that involves the pupil is a pcom aneurysm until proven otherwise. Small thing - cavernous sinus thrombosis is not a thrombosis of the internal carotid artery. Was just mentioned in passing at the end. Cavernous sinus thrombosis is more due to coagulopathy, infection, trauma. These things are pretty small. Your videos are remarkable!
You are fantastic. I really appreciate your tutoring and I love it when you throw in your mnemonics because they are very straightforward unlike the irrelevant ones which require extra memorization. Lr6 so4! You are helping me so much in my first year of dental school !!!!!!!!
One suggestion, from my understanding the internal carotid artery does not pass through the foramen lacerum, but travels superior to it after exiting the carotid canal. Great video!
Your explanation is great! These videos are super helpful. You're ambition and passion evokes in me deep interest to neurology. I'm absolutely in love with your classes! They do give a better and detailed understanding of what particularly makes us human beings! Thank you so much. Best wishes and keep going!
thank you thank you for doing things like this videos. It really sucks that I'm discovering them in 8th semester of med school :( (they're being super helpful to remember things!!!!). Keep up the good work, congratulations. Cheers from Mexico City.

amazing video! I just wanted to point out one minor detail - The internal carotid artery DOES NOT pass through the foramen lacerum. It only goes through the carotid canal.
what..
I thought so too
I also thought so..
Foramen lacerum donot open into skull ...
Carotid artery pass through foramen rotendum.
Yup that's true
It does dude…..ICA initially passes upward, forward and medially in the carotid canal. Then it enters the foremen lacerum via the posterior wall. Then it turns upward and medially to enter cranial cavity…
