What an excellent series of videos. You have a remarkable way of explaining the detail in such a clear and concise way while at the same time not sacrificing on the detail. You make learning such complex topics so easy. Thank you very much.

Thank You so much. I was just diagnosed with Cranial Nerve IV. This has helped me to understand more about this condition. Hopefully the doctor I see can help.
holy moly this AWESOME!!! Thank you so much, riveted to the video. I'm an Occupational Therapist in inpatient rehab, see alot of stroke and head injury patients with CN 3, 4, 6 impairments. This lecture really solidified my understanding of neuroanatomy and function. Grateful!!!
To my best profesor/teacher/tutor 🏆🏅🥇🎖 (Zachary) p.s. please, please do a playlist with antibiotics, antivirals, antimicotics, antiprotozoa, etc love u guys! ♡ [no homo] saludos desde Chihuahua.
We have a situation here where a young man was brutally attacked. His trochlear nerve was damaged. He presents exactly as you describe. We have no medical background and limited access to medical services. Thank you, your video helped us understand. What is the likely prognosis for a full recovery and how long could it take?
This is my 9th video from ur neuroanatomy class...it something wow........ Superb sir........... Sir can u pls do..splanchnology like this neuroanatomy......
Thank you for your videos! Just a small correction, internal carotid artery don't go through foramen lacerum, just passes tangencially. greetings for Portugal
Thank you so much for education on the trochlear nerve, my 5 month old girl was just diagnosed with a trochlear nerve pulse, i don't want to believe it, however i want to see if there any new studies or technology on fixing the actual nerve before we go into eye muscle surgery. Thank you
Hey doctor, I have trochlear palsy, but if I close my non affected eye I can fully move my affected eye like there is no palsy. What could be the explanation? Thank you!
As per normal, I learnt a lot, please continue making videos. If you want to stop, make sure it's after I'm finished with Med school

Seriously, you are far better at explaining things than my professors, and they make an awful lot of money from me
Thanks a ton... was super confused about how the intorsion and extorsion worked and now its crystal clear!! learning loads! keep it up :) :)
There is another mnemonic RAD/SIN -- Recti adduct and superiors intort. All the muscle actions can be learnt from this simple mnemonic

Superior oblique rotates the eye medially, doesn't it?. In that wat trochlear nerve palsy would lead to eye being lateraly rotated.
Thanks
100% efficient.
as always , amazing !!!❤❤❤
Thank you o
It gets a bit confusing when you get to the Bielchowsky sign, but besides that, nice as always!
Fantastic
Best as usual 🙏🙏🌹🌹👌👌
WHO like genuinely WHO disliked this masterpiece .
Nope WHO didn't
The trochear nuclei lie ventral to the PAG, not lateral to it.
amazing videi
nice one boss keep it up.
Marvellous 😍
“Pretend here is my eyeball. Here is my beautiful eyelashes.”- Gotta acknowledge the beauty of the eyelashes, lol!

IV Palsy:

hey there!, thank you very much ,,it was really really helpful;;;:)
Perfect!
Hey doctor, I have trochlear palsy, but if I close my non affected eye I can fully move my affected eye like there is no palsy. What could be the explanation? Thank you!
The common reason atleast in India is nerve palsy caused by Diabetes or by Vit B12 deficiency..
How cute! 😊✌ ✋ 👌 Carry on,Sir.♥
I LOVE YOU 🙆♀️
That's what my condition is. Intortion! Bingo. But it pulls my lids turning with all those three nerves.
King.
Nice video~!
Thanks
Easy! ...compared to the trigeminal.
trochlear nerve palsy should cause the eyeball to be superior, extorted and in the medial NOT lateral aspect...
nah, he was wrong, it rotates the eyeball medially, so the palsy is actually correct. The mistake was before.
❤❤
❤️❤️❤️
Detailed information for those with short attention spam
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Looks like sphenoid sinus...
