- I've been meaning to put Philip Glass and Dennis Hoppers version of Rudyard Kiplings 'If' together for some time. I spent many hours looking for, finding and rejecting many different videos to lay it over before discovering • Urban Abstract - Musut... ....I have recently dicovered what I am doing is called UA-cam poop. I like that analogy.

It's from The Truman Show, it's called Truman Sleeps by Philip Glass (who did much of the music for the film). I'm glad you like it.

The mix is just wrong. The words are most important & the music should serve them; not dominate them. The piano has a lot of presence in the recording and the voice does not & is somewhat buried. Great idea, great talent; poor execution. Re-mix please.
If you want a better mix then make one. I am proud of this. For me it is nigh on perfect. Each to their own. There is no right or wrong, this was my idea, I executed it how I saw fit.
Hello Mike you have great talent fir criticisms, i hope it doesn't get the best of you. I encourage you to be less lazy and scared but do what your hear dreams of.
