The mix is just wrong. The words are most important & the music should serve them; not dominate them. The piano has a lot of presence in the recording and the voice does not & is somewhat buried. Great idea, great talent; poor execution. Re-mix please.
If you want a better mix then make one. I am proud of this. For me it is nigh on perfect. Each to their own. There is no right or wrong, this was my idea, I executed it how I saw fit.
Hello Mike you have great talent fir criticisms, i hope it doesn't get the best of you. I encourage you to be less lazy and scared but do what your hear dreams of. The world will thank you. And more than that, You'll be satisfied.

Powerdirector is so simple for all the basics..so it suits me fine for what I'm doing. It's a little restrictive at times and I'm still learning the finer points. My hope is to improve with each new project.
To be quite honest, the programs I use are used mainly for trimming, audio-swapping, and final compression (usually to AVI). If I have to add titles or stitch together two separate video clips, I use (shock, horror) Windows Movie Maker.
No, not at all. You made a damn good video with it, and it's the results that matter.
@M4c4v17y It let me choose the output file type and Mp4 was the only one that had a decent compression time and didn't fail part way through the upload to UA-cam.

What program have you been using to try to compress the file? I use AviSynth and AviDemux myself, with AVSProxy to let AviDemux and AviSynth talk to each other. (On a side note, I think this is a pretty interesting video.)
