Best Pizza in San Francisco (Tony's Pizza Napoletana in North Beach)

On this episode Sam and Serg take a short drive up from San Jose to San Francisco's Italian district (North Beach) for Tony’s Pizza Napoletana, home of 13-time World Pizza Champion Tony Gemignani.
Tony brings his passion and perfection on this episode by sharing his award winning pizzas with us. His most recent Porto Pizza won Tony his 13th World Pizza title and we got to try it! We also got to try his other regional pizza styles from Detroit, Sicily, California and of course, Naples!

Is Tony's still in operation? We loved Tony's. I was a grad student at SFSU in 1988 and used to frequent Tony's. One had to stand in line to get in.

It's probably pretty pricey but it's the best meal I ever had. It's way better than any pizza I can find in my country!
