まっすぐ上に排気すれば煙が抜けやすいのではないでしょうか？

Yes, and it looks delicious, but...a Margherita traditionally uses basil (which is likely available in Japan) instead of parsley.

Они могли бы разнообразить меню блюдами Грузинской кухни, например Пхали (ფხალი, Pkhali) Основа (варится до размягчения, отжимается и измельчается например мясорубкой) очень разнообразна - ботва моркови, редиса, свеклы, цветной капусты... крапива, капуста, свекла и другая зелень, я делаю даже из сорняка Сныть пополам с капустой. Заправка - грецкие орехи, чеснок, семена кинзы, соль, петрушка можно еще уксус. Заправку желательно измельчать в ступке, но можно и в блендере. Это очень вкусно..

I think its a very nice thing. Unique mobile pizza truck + Unique restaurant that specializes in Italian food at the same time using local farmed produce. They really love cooking anything italian and serving it to the people and it shows.
