This is their hygiene standard when the filming crew is observing every single thing via video. Just imagine how much "hygiene" they d follow in real life.
I have never seen food made dirtier than this, the flour that falls from the mixer is collected and reused, the dough is worked on the floor, no one has the slightest regard for hygiene!

That's the reason home made food is best for us no matter what it's a hygienic. And also guys who knows in other places where we used to eat our fav dishes is also be cooked like this aren't they 🙄

Hullo there is nothing cultural about this. In homes the hygiene standards are very high.
Some communities don't allow those cooking to even speak lest their saliva fall in unseen minute showers into the food.
Dogs and other animals are strictly kept out of the kitchen and sometimes not allowed further inside from the outermost portico or balcony.
The problem is that the food industry is not regulated. People are undemanding though largely food from outside is always seen as an unhealthy compromise. Poverty, irresponsible and lackadaisical approach of vendors adds.
