I am 70 years old and I want to be able to make the music for a UA-cam documentary I am making, I am not a musician, just a beginner with Logic Pro and this beginners course makes it so simple to understand the basics and to start putting music together so quickly, thank you Tony for making available this first rate Logic Pro course , and for free. You are very kind, and very talented in teaching something that for a beginner looks so complex and difficult and you made so simple to understand.
👏Hats off to you sir. All it takes is dedication and perseverance to learn and it sounds like you've got both. Thank you for the kind words, I'm glad you found the content useful. Best of luck with your documentary and your journey with production!
Key commands and shortcuts drive me insane at 65 years of age ! I don’t know what you’re doing but I wish it could work for me but just get furious trying to figure things out that way .😑
I did sound design for thirty years before computer typewriter junkies took. Over the studio . The qwerty ruined it for me so I guess I’ll try you and see what happens. 👽
This is incredibly generous of you to release this for everyone Tony! Super well-organized, clear, and well-thought out course for everyone just getting started with Logic Pro and everyone who needs a refresher. I’m going to take my time with this!
Thanks for the kind words Runa! Really want to get more people using the software by trying to answer the questions I had when starting out. Always appreciate you watching + showing support! Thank you
You have a knack for teaching and you do so in a way that is so easily digestible for people like myself who didn't even know what a DAW is before coming here. I could tell that there was so much effort being put into making this video. ✅ Content ✅ Simple, clear explanations ✅ You went over shortcuts in Logic Pro ✅ Edits/mentions for when there were typos ✅ Timestamps ✅ Friendly, no assumptions made, no ego, just straight up cool! This was very helpful, thank you so much man!
Thank you so much for the kind words. It's comments like these that really make all the work that goes into making videos like these worth it. I'm glad you found the content useful and found value in the course. Best of luck on your music production journey!
Gotta say that I’ve watched like 12 different logic videos, but this is one of the few that actually explains everything well and in depth. I appreciate it thank u!!
I've been procrastinating on getting started in LogicPro for a solid year now, because it felt quite overwhelming. Thanks to your wonderful tutorial I was finally able to set everything up and create my first little track. Your way of explaining hits an appropriate level of detail and feels very encouraging, not patronizing in the least, while also staying quite realistic on how much of a remaining scope there is to learn. Thank you, really, for putting this together - so very helpful!
Thank you for your thoughtful comment. I really appreciate you taking the time to write it. Glad you found the content useful and you found value in the course. All the best on your Logic Pro journey!
Incredible! Thanks so much Tony. I will check out your premium courses. Can’t believe I already put together a tune I’d be ok listening to at the gym :)
I have severe ADD and ADHD, but I was engaged for the entire duration of the video. Thank you for making a great tutorial for us beginners; I am looking forward to learning more from your channel!
Thank you for your compliment. I'm really glad the video was useful for you and you were able to concentrate on the topics, they're not easy to focus on when you're getting started. Bravo, and best of luck!
Tony, I don't know what to say. This is an amazing tutorial. This should be official Apple documentation for Logic Pro. Thank you so much for putting in the time and effort into this, incredible resource.
Too kind Ant, thank you for the comment. Really would like to get more people using Logic Pro, it's a great software once you get over the small learning curve of the basics. Hoping that this course helps with that! Cheers!
Tony…… you are AMAZING ! Your tutorial is so clear, simple to understand, uncluttered. This is the 1st time I am watching a LP tutorial and I finally understand how this is done. Completely sold! I’m buying the app right after this.
Thanks for the comment, too kind. Just want to share Logic Pro and music production with as many people as possible. Good luck and reach out if you have questions.
Thank you so much for taking the time to create this tutorial! I recently switched from FL Studio to Logic Pro, and this was the perfect video to familiarize myself with all of the tools. Very in-depth and easy to follow, and you explained everything very thoroughly. Amazing work and thank you again!!
Hi Tony! I am so grateful to you for this tutorial! I am an old school Brazilian singer songwriter. My writing usually starts with the instrument - guitar - just going over some chord progressions and coming up with the melody as I play the chords. I have always found daunting the process of using a DAW to write songs, until now. Your clear and detailed teaching style is amazing! I am now able to start and finish my own songs in Logic! A new world of possibilities and inspiration has opened up! 😀So...Thank you!
Amazing!!! It's comments like these that really make me want to continue to create content. I'm glad you found the course useful and all the best with you production career going forward!
I appreciate this so much man! I have been fiddling with making my own music for a long time, But I only know how to play guitar and sing, but now I have access too so much stuff and this really put it all in perspective. Thank you for this introduction to the program I am sure this will be an invaluable resource that I will return too many times.
This is perfect. For the longest time I wanted to make something sound a certain way and I didn't know how to do it but I knew what it should sound like in my head. This helped so much with my production.
as the first beginner video of mine after years of avoiding the challenge and calls from learning music production , I can not tell you enough about how many thrills and clarities your video brought me, absolutely love the way you navigate the whole process, I can not thank you enough you deserve all the love and money in the world😢❤
I am a Korean who hopes to be a composer. I was at a loss as to how to start composing and thank you for your help. I will grow into a great composer thanks to you!
Tony, I just finished your free course, and as a complete and total beginner, I wanted to express my utmost gratitude for taking the time to break it all down. You're a godsend
Thank you for the kind comment Alyssa, it really means the world. I started making videos in the first place because I love sharing what I've learned over the years producing music, when I receive comments like these, it makes my day. All the best on your music production journey, and Happy New Year!
Only a year and much has changed with Logic Pro. I'm on 10.7.8. No "preferencee." Just "Settings" No "Apple Loops" just "Sound Packs" But, I'm getting it. I was a long time ProTools guy but now that I'm retired and hanging with old friends, I find that most of them went wtih the cheaper Logic. Can' blame em Great program so far. Thanks for the help. New sub
Software is cheaper to make these days, can’t say that makes it better, but everyone now and then they get something right. Thanks for watching + the comment 👍
This was my first introduction to Logic and music production. Thanks, Tony. I followed along with your tutorial, made my own song along the way, and learned a ton.
Too kind Mike!! I can't tell you how much I appreciate Super Thanks, it really means a lot. Best of luck with your productions going forward, keep at it and you'll see more progress than you expect. Cheers, Tony
Apple should hire this guy !!!! Best presentation of learning g Logic that I have come across. Thank you kindly sir and you definitely have a follow from me !!!👍💯👍
this was seriously amazing. I have been producing my songs on garage band for years, and finally bought Logic Pro. I definitely needed this crash coarse to just get me familiar with the program. Plus you gave me so many good foundational refreshers to restart my journey producing. Thank you!!! And I love how you put the video together. Very professional
This was very helpful! Thank you so much. I’ve been a musician all my life and now I’m stepping into recording and creating with logic. This definitely made me more confident, faster and more fluent with Logic Pro X. Thank you 🙏
I quit music almost 2 years ago and this is was the first time that I start to do something new again after that. Thank you man, you never imagine how this is important for me. 🧡
This is awesome, congrats on knocking this one out Tony, I know you put your heart and energy into this, I can’t wait to sit down and get through all two hours of it!! Thank you for all the great content and for making Logic so much easier to understand, can’t wait for the second course!
Can’t tell you how much I appreciate you Wendell. Please know that you helped shape the way that I planned the content and the idea to do two course. Forever grateful for your insight my friend. Looking forward to hearing what you think 🙌
EXCEPTIONAL class! Tony is a natural teacher and skilled instructional designer. Though I'm not a total stranger to music and DAWs, between books and videos, I never found a resource that gave me the kind of foundation I was looking for. This introduction did. Though Tony regularly reminds us that this class is not comprehensive, it covers what you need to know in enough depth not only to get you comfortably started, but to give you the grounding you need to make the most of the many other resources out there. I'm another Mac-based gray-hair Boomer. I'm primarily a video producer/editor and have used DAWs to create my own music beds. The rules and structure are a lot different than house beats, what I learned here was completely applicable--how to create a structure in Logic Pro. As an aside, in my video career I've worked on any number of instructional projects and have watched quite a few produced by others. I am super-picky and have seen a lot of professionally produced instructional videos that are total failures. In that light, Tony absolutely nailed it. I would, with full confidence, pay for any of his premium lessons. Thanks Tony!
🙏 Wow. Thank you 1000x for this beautifully written review, Ric. I can't tell you how much I appreciate you not only watching, but also showing your appreciation through a comment. Wishing you all the best in your music production journey. What kind of videos do you usually produce? Thanks again, Tony
Just finished watching the whole video/course and man Im impressed, you are definitely the best youtube teacher for sure, most people that do videos like this usually dont know anything about modern music which makes it hard to try to emulate what they do cuz like they do a begginners tutorial and record a guitar solo in it lol, like how am I supposed to emulate that as a complete begginner??? if it was at least midi and they showed the notes there for ppl to copy and understand... theyre just more old fashioned ig, but anyway like I was saying your way of teaching was just amazing and easy to follow, loved the way you highlighted the hotkeys that was soooo helpful, also doing a song using apple loops was just what I was looking for! (but guess what? couldnt find a video of someone doing it without doing "complex" things without explaining how they did it lol) This video was literally God sent to me!, thank you so much for this bro I cant explain how grateful I am for this video, I might even take a look at your premium courses too as soon as I feel more confident at the UI ^^
Thank you so much for the kind and thoughtful comment, always makes me happy when someone feels the content was helpful. The whole course was meant to be 2 things: 1) an absolute-zero starting point for people that want to get into music production and Logic Pro. Moving past using loops will be in the premium courses for sure. 2) a test to see what people like about the course and if there would be interest in it. With that I’m glad you liked the hot key overlays, that’s something that really worth learning imo. With that being said, is there anything you really didn’t like about the course? Or anything you would say could use improvement? Thank you for always showing love on my videos!
@@itstonyholiday Honestly man there wasnt a single thing that turned me off about this video, looking at all the signs I can tell youre a perfectionist like I said before the hotkeys highlights thing, also the time stamps and the one step at a time videos, it was all perfect!
I am currently about half way through this video and gotta say (after having watched many logic pro tutorials over the years) that this is one of the very best introduction courses to using logic pro. Thank you in particular for so freely sharing your knowledge and insights not just into logic pro but the whole ecosphere of things audio. Nicely done. Thank you.
Thank you for the comment! Incredibly kind of you and I'm glad you found value in the content. All the best with your journey in music production and Logic Pro!
Dude, this was super helpful. Just bought a MacBook Air and Logic this week and now I don't feel super overwhelmed. Definitely helped me get familiar with a lot of the tools in Logic!
Great video! Thanks! Minor comment from a software engineer. You seem like you really enjoy understanding things deeply so the following comment is meant to be helpful to anyone coming up with a strategy for storing their Sound Library or other Asset Library. Moving your files to an SSD (Storage) doesn't have any effect on the CPU (Speed at which Logic runs). For the purpose of this discussion, a computer has three primary parts: 1. CPU or the processor/brain, 2. RAM or short term memory, and 3. Long term storage/drive (where things are saved when the computer is turned off). When a computer program, like Logic, runs, it loads the program/app and related data/sound library files used in a project from the relatively slow long term storage (SSD internal or external) into RAM so it can be accessed by the CPU super fast. The CPU/brain then interacts with what's in RAM while it runs. Once loaded into RAM, the CPU/brain no longer accesses the files in long term storage (internal SSD or external SSD). Metaphorically speaking, RAM is like your short term memory, and the SSD is like a book. Moving the files stored from the internal SSD to an external SSD frees up the internal SSDs long term storage space (blank pages in the book) but doesn't affect the performance of the CPU/Brain in any way since the CPU/Brain is accessing everything from it's short term memory (RAM) once loaded. If we're getting detail oriented, it's actually slightly slower on a Mac to load these files into RAM from the external SSD than it is to load it from the Internal SSD. The external SSD communicates over USB which is a slower bus than the bus that communicates with your internal SSD. A bus is the path or "road" that the data travels along when it is copied from long term storage to short term memory (RAM). Freeing up internal drive space is definitely a benefit as most people are limited in the amount of internal storage space they have on their computer, so it's still solid advice. It doesn't however improve the performance of Logic in any way. The only effect it has on performance is actually negative as it results in a slight slowdown of the time it takes to load a project into Logic. Nothing worth concerning ourselves with though. Personally, I like to keep the sound file library on my internal drive so I can always have access to the library, even if I'm working on my laptop in a coffee shop and don't have the external SSD with me. I keep active projects on my internal drive as well. I use my external SSD to archive older projects so my internal drive has room for my active projects and sound library. I follow the same strategy with Final Cut Pro, Xcode dev projects, and other projects that have a lot of project specific assets to be stored on disk. I can work from anywhere and have the fastest load times.
Craig, thank you so much for your beautiful comment. I really appreciate not only the time you took to write this out, but I learned something very useful as well. All the best to you in the your music production journey. Cheers.
Thank you for watching! Welcome to the Logic Pro club. GB is such a great platform for getting started, I think it's one of the best in terms of getting your feet wet with no experience. It's also a really easy transition to Logic Pro! Glad you found the course useful, if you have any questions just ask. Cheers!
This is by far the best tutorial I’ve ever watched about anything. Likeable teacher, great video and sound quality, excellent and clear, concise explanations of detailed items that gives such a wonderful foundation of knowledge for any beginner ! I didn’t even mind all the ads in the video because I fully appreciate such a great tutorial for free! I am now a loyal subscriber. Thank you for quality content! Literally an answer to prayer! I can’t wait to get started.
I‘ve landed at 1:22:40, that means I‘ve finished listening to the „Mixing“-section of this video and must repeat the words from yesterday: brilliant quality of the video, very helpful to me, because I learned things for Logic that I‘d already forgotten or never heard about so far. Looking forward to the „Arrangement“-section which I‘m probably going to watch tomorrow. Thanks a lot!
Woah one of the most helpful videos on a site made for helpful videos. For real Tony i don’t think you know how many frustrated beginners your helping make art that speaks to them
I'm only four lessons into this video and already I have learned so much. I can't thank you enough for sharing this information in such a clear, practical and humble way. I was instantly overwhelmed when jumping from GarageBand to Logic and went running back to safety a few times. Once I finish this, I'll be looking forward to watching the 10.7.5 update video. People like you on UA-cam are restoring my faith in the basic goodness of others and what you are willing to share so freely. It will make a huge difference with my learning curve. I also recognize how much work it is...Very much appreciated!
Love that Steve!! Thank you for watching, these videos are nothing without you letting me know you appreciate them and that the content has value. So thank you. Glad you're finding the jump from GarageBand to Logic a little more manageable. It can be a learning curve, but once you can navigate the program confidently it's so much better. Enjoy and let me know if you have any questions. Cheers, Tony
Thank you Timothy!! Can't tell you how much I appreciate the Super-Thanks. Really means a lot. All in all, I'm glad you found the content helpful, and I hope you continue to push yourself on your music production journey. Cheers
Thank you so much Kristoffer! Really appreciate the Super Thanks and the comment, means a lot. I'm glad you found the content useful and I wish you all the best with music production going forward!
Great intro tutorial. FYI in Logic Pro as of July 2024, you won't see that Finder Bookmarks icon until you bookmark at least one location. You can do that by right-clicking a folder/directory in Logic's Finder and choosing "Bookmark "
This is the best tutorial I have seen on Logic Pro. Tony is following a logical lesson plan with background/philosophy on the subject, demonstration and opportunities for practical application. Great virtual instructor.
🙏🙏 Thank you 1000x for the kind words, I really really appreciate it. All the best in your Logic Pro and music production journey, going forward. Thanks again.
I go to Berklee, and have always used protools even tho I wasn't very good at it lol. here in all beginner producer classes, they use nothing but Logic, so I have to relearn the setup of music production quite a bit. Thanks for the help :).
Thank you so much for this amazing course. I was getting tired of relying on beatmakers on my songs and delaying my creative process. Doing my own thing from now on. You're a GEM !!!!!
Thank you for the kind words and for watching my friend! Really appreciate the comment, and I'm glad you found the course useful. Best of luck in your productions.
I'm going to be honest, when I first saw your thumbnail, I thought you were going to be one of those clickbait channels whose UA-cam career is more successful than their music career. But after watching your tutorial, you seem to be the real deal. I'm really glad I clicked on this video. Especially near the end, you provided some really insightful advice. I'll check out your other videos. Thanks!
In all fairness, my UA-cam channel is probably more successful than my music career haha. But either way, I enjoy making music and I also enjoy sharing that with people. Glad you found the course worth it, really appreciate the comment!
Fantastic tutorial. I searched through a lot of tutorials and this was the first one that really sunk in for me. Thanks for all the hard work that went into this crash course!
An excellent tutorial. I THANK YOU. Clear, easy to understand, relaxed, and focused. My first time opening LOGIC PRO and I am understanding EVERYTHING and inspired. Now, off to create my very first mini-song. Thank you, Tony.
Congratulations on finishing your first track. I'm glad the course was useful and you found value in the content. All the best on your production journey going forward!
Thank you so much for this. I had FL Studios for the longest time on my desktop and had a friend that had Logic. I watched videos to learn it but couldn't hold on to it. I decided to buy this instead since my friend would be able to help me first hand but this also helped so much. Logic seems so much easier to use and get used to as a beginner. And having it on the laptop is just way more convenient. Thank you for helping us out!
Great tutorial! It took about 2 weeks of rewatch and hands on practice to get through it. Got a nice starter song out of it. Thankful for your patience🌼
Literally starting a pre uni course in sound production next week and as a total beginner, I found this super helpful and gives me some confidence going in, thanks!
New Mac mini/Logic user. Enjoyed this lesson, My mini is a 128 gig model which is pretty small. I have an external Samsung T5 that I moved logics library over to, how do I make sure my audio and project records to this external drive? Can’t seem to figure this out. Thank you.
I absolutely enjoyed this, very detailed and it helped me a lot. I started learning it on my own a while back but this course put everything into perspective and I made sure not to skip any part as well. Thank you for this. I'll be looking out for more.
Tony thank you for making this! I’m 49 years old and have played guitar for over 35 years having even recorded and toured with a band. But I never learned much on the production side of things. Now I’m ready to get into it and make my own music using Logic Pro but with zero knowledge on how to use it. Your videos are going to be HUGE for my education and advancement my friend! I’m only 6 minutes in but cannot wait to study every last minute of this extremely generous video you’ve made. Can’t thank you enough Tony!
Comments like these that really make me love making content. It's never too late to learn something new and follow what makes you tick my friend, congrats on the hardest step which is getting started. Enjoy the world music production, and thank you for the kind words + comment.
@@itstonyholiday I am grateful that my comment made you happy Tony 😊. Can’t tell you how happy I am that I found your content l it makes this whole journey a little less daunting! I immediately subscribed to your channel and can’t wait to reference your content for so so so many questions I am having/ will continue to have. Thanks again brother I will be watching!
This is very useful as it gives me a lot of the basics I need to know, and usable in that you present the info in a way that alllows us to get the fundamentals of what is going on. I normally wanna strangle people who make these videos but I really appreciate what you have done here. thank you!
Mr. Tony Holiday, I'm a 70-year-old guy from India, a has-been drummer, and a bedroom guitarist with an insane fetish for effects pedals... well, to cut a long story short, I got into using GarageBand a few months back and want to progress to Logic Pro. This video is truly an eye-opener. Thanks a ton 🙂
Tony, many many thanks for your course which I have just completed. It was just what I needed to get me back in the saddle after quite a long lay -off due to illness I'm cookin' again. Best wishes Paul.
Paul, it's these kinds of comments that really make me want to start making content again. I'm glad you found the course useful, welcome back to the cookin club. All the best my friend.
Thank you for the video. It was extremely helpful! I'm a hobbyist and have used Cakewalk off and on for years. Just made the switch to Logic Pro yesterday and this video is a great transition course.
I am new to Logic Pro and this video from the very beginning is great and so informative. I really enjoy the delivery style and it made understanding the basic features of Logic so easy. Thank you.
Thank you. I am very very new to logic and music production. I am not even a very good musician but I have a lot of ideas. This course was extremely helpful to me and I am so much further now than I was when I started. Very well explained. Thank you so much. Paul from Ireland
I usually make docs and edit and really wanted to learn how to use Logic Pro if only for the sound design in my videos, as I am not very musically talented. Now that I finished this I actually think I understand music more and how to use it better in my videos. Thanks so much!
This video is incredible. Just bought logic and literally sat down and watched it like a movie on my TV to take it all in first. Thank you. Such easy explanations to take in all the info
🙏🙏 Thank you for watching my friend, I can't tell you how much I appreciate the comment. Best of luck with your journey in music production and Logic Pro.
Hey Tony! Just wanted to reach out and thank you for this course! I've always wanted to learn how to produce so I can cobble together my own demos and just enjoy making music, but always felt a bit overwhelmed by how much there is to learn. This course was an awesome introduction to production, and it definitely made the process of starting much less daunting than I'd initially thought. Again, thanks a ton! Will def be checking out other videos from you! :)
Thank you so much for the comment! I can't tell you how much I appreciate it. This was the goal when I made this course, simple, digestible, actionable content. All the best with your music production journey!
I've been using production programs since the early days of Garage Band (eventually graduated to Logic) and have always created by instinct (sound/feel) vs. having a set process. After ALL these years, I have found this video to be SO HELPFUL. Thank you for providing a basic template and for providing necessary inspiration to start back up again!
I’m an older drummer getting back into it. I’m going with the audient eco 16 SP eight combo. God bless you. This is exactly what I needed. I’m probably going to wear out this video. Thanks again.!
A huge thank you for your tutorials. I would like to leave a like and a subscription. I'm currently trying to switch to Mac and Logic. I'm 60 years old and started with the Atari and then when the PC came along I worked with Cubase. Now it's time for Mac and Logic and your tutorials are so well produced.
I love this videos and I hope to be coming back to learn more from it. Music production has always been something I want to do and I’m glad for this knowledge I’m getting on here.
This course was very very helpful. I loved how you went through every little detail. I feel a little more confident about recording my songs now. Thank you!
Dude I am from Brasil, and you're awesome, your teachings were so amazing on LOGIC PRO that I understood everything. You must be a genius, because you totally made me understand all that complicated stuff like it was nothing. Thank you so much for your tutorial, I really did appreciate it, it was great!
Thank you for watching + the comment! No genius here, just trying to share the best ways to get started with music production in Logic Pro. Much love from Canada 🇨🇦
15:15, I was already starting to get lost. First, the pointer seemed to be changed with hot keys, secondly, whenever I create a midi track, it just loops if I make it longer than one bar
Good job! You really have put the basics of Logic Pro moving in an interesting way. Logic has a rather steep learning curve, and your guided tutorial opens the gate... Thanks, mate!
Thanks for this well produced and informative video. I started music programming on a Buchla, then as a Synclavier programmer and these days I mostly produce and mix in Protools. A client recently asked me to learn Logic to help him and I appreciate all of the time and effort that you obviously put into making this. All DAW's are the same idea with Different GUI's and workflows. Being able to break that down and organize it so navigation and workflow become obvious is a very valuable resource. I am sure there is a lot of detailed nuance I will need to acquire over time but this was a great starting point and I appreciate your work and efforts here.
Cant' tell you how much I appreciate the comment. You're absolutely right about All DAWs are more or less the same, it just takes a bit of time to learn the workflows and where things are. Again, thank you for watching. I really appreciate you taking the time to leave this comment. All the best with your client and working in Logic. PS why did your client request that you work in Logic?
@@itstonyholiday He is a composer/player and was thinking his creative process will be made easier by working in Logic over Protools. i can see why he might feel that way. I think Protools is a bit more direct in terms of how it integrates the creative and recording process. Probably a more traditional process in that it's set up and design more as a recording, studio environment and logic seems to be more nonlinear? More options and more possibilities to work with and organize and manipulate sound and structure, to be honest for me it's apples and oranges, but I really want to help support him being able to get to his creative ideas more easily? Again thanks for your informative video. In this day and age, I think people take for granted the amount of work. It takes to create quality content, and intellectual property, and I think it should be acknowledged. I always try and support people who are good at what they do and know what they're doing. So keep making good content and I hope that it supports you and your creative endeavors.
@@itstonyholiday ps, me, knowing how to work in a lot of different workstations over the last 45 years just makes me old lol but I love what we do and I'm always curious as to what the next new thing is to learn.
So this just happened...I went to continue working on a track using Pro Tools and my laptop (Windows) complained about the CPU not able to handle the session. Fed up, I started researching for a Mac Book Pro and what is the best recommended DAW. Turns out, Logic Pro was the overwhelming favorite. On a whim, I asked the AI to "teach me everything there is to know about Logic Pro" and your tutorial came up! Had I known this from before, I could have saved myself so much time, effort, and money! Thanks for your tutorial - clear, concise, and most of all, extremely encouraging as it is insightful. May a Grammy be in you near future (if it hasn't appeared already!).

Gotta say that I’ve watched like 12 different logic videos, but this is one of the few that actually explains everything well and in depth. I appreciate it thank u!!
Thanks for watching Annie! Really appreciate the comment, and I'm glad you found the content useful. Best of luck!
How’s your journey going

Too kind Ant, thank you for the comment.

Thank you so much for taking the time to create this tutorial! I recently switched from FL Studio to Logic Pro, and this was the perfect video to familiarize myself with all of the tools. Very in-depth and easy to follow, and you explained everything very thoroughly. Amazing work and thank you again!!
Welcome to the other side! Thank you for the kind words, I'm glad you found the content useful. All the bestie your transition to Logic Pro!

Thanks again,
Tony
The whole course was meant to be 2 things:
1) an absolute-zero starting point for people that want to get into music production and Logic Pro.
Thank you so much man. Really appreciate your time.
I am currently about half way through this video and gotta say (after having watched many logic pro tutorials over the years) that this is one of the very best introduction courses to using logic pro. this is awesome man, Only 5 minutes in but love it already! Thanks for making this type of content for absolutely free! Love it!
Thank you for watching! I really appreciate your comment. It means a lot. All the best.
Cheers.

Thanks for always showing love Nick. Glad you liked the content, and thanks for the appreciation.

I’m an older drummer getting back into it. I’m going with the audient eco 16 SP eight combo. God bless you. This is exactly what I needed. I’m probably going to wear out this video. Thanks again.!
Let's go!! Well done my friend. All it takes is a little bit of work every day to see improvement. Best of luck in your music production journey.
Thank you for watching! I really appreciate the kind words.
All the best in your music production journey with learning Logic Pro.
I love this videos and I hope to be coming back to learn more from it. Music production has always been something I want to do and I’m glad for this knowledge I’m getting on here.
Thank you for watching!
This course was very very helpful. I loved how you went through every little detail. I feel a little more confident about recording my songs now. Thank you!
Glad you found it useful. Thank you for watching, I really appreciate it!
I watch the entire thing and It was quite helpful.
Thanks for the comment Rodney, really appreciate it!
@@TheZenguitarguy This is the mindset I hope to keep forever. It's important to always keep learning. Thanks for the inspiration.
Thank y ou for going into detail about the basics. This is the course I've been looking for.
Thank you for watching!
That's wild!! Just to be clear, an AI recommended my tutorial?
Please reach out if you have questions re: Logic, happy to answer them.
@@itstonyholiday Yes Sir, it did - among others (it was the first in the list and after watching there was no need to watch the others!)
@@allanrocque2317 🙏 Thank you for watching, I really appreciate it!!

Very cool, very helpful Tony. My new Mac will arrive later this month and I shall be back to look at this video in detail and also your course offerings.
Thats awesome! Jealous of the new Mac, I really want one so I can use Logic to the fullest.
All the best, thanks for checking out the content.
@@itstonyholiday I was set on the M4 Studio being announced - but looks like will be delayed to mid 2025? 🤷♀Anyway, later this month I'll either go for the M4 Max 16" or get a refurbished M2 Ultra Studio for now.
This is brilliant, clear and easy to understand, it's been 7 years since I last used logic and this video was exactly what I needed to refresh my memory.... Thankyou
