    One the things when choosing a Hotel in Thailand, is the location of the nearest 7- Eleven store. If there is one in walking distance, you can't go wrong. Impressive store in Pattaya. A tourist attraction in itself.

    Ice is free if you use paper cup (for soda drink, milk tea etc.) with drink from the machine. But if you use a clear plastic cup (for bottle drink in the fridge) that will charge you 8 Baht .

      That makes a lot more sense. Thank you!

    • @mare-aura

      That's correct. The 8-baht cup is for someone who want to drink the other drinks in the fridge with ice. (It's an option as you can see that a lot of Thai people prefer having ice in every kind of drinks)

    I've lived in Thailand for thirteen years. I go to 7-11 a few times a week, but frankly I'd have to be desperate with everything else closed to buy food there. Can always get better food at restaurants, and better pastries at local bakeries too (true, not many of them, but you can always keep a stash of good cookies in your place, available at super markets).

    • @LifewithSerg
      @LifewithSerg  2 роки тому +10

    Hi Serg,
    Just to inform you that no extra charge for the ice when you buy soda drink in the cups.
    The price you see for ice is that their ice is so good that people wants to buy only ice, in that case the ice is charge for the size of a big cup or a bag.
