The one I'd be most likely to use is the field/forest option. There's a lot of parks and fields near where I live, so I'm excited to try it out!
Grass,woods,and dry river beds I love,
Although shooting with any of your models it really wouldn't matter if you're in the middle of the grocery store
they would still look amazing :)..

These ones definitely suit my area and my style more than the first five, but great tips all around! Forests are my favorite, especially if a path can be incorporated to lead the eyes.

This video was so needed! I live in Missouri and we really don't have much of anything here. So it can be discouraging to constantly see photos of people with these amazing backgrounds and then really have nothing to work with. We have a lot of lakes though, and I never would have thought to use them but your pictures just inspired me to!! Thank you❤️

Do you ever get worried about ticks and bugs when in tall grass?
Yeah definitely, but we try to find locations that look rural but aren't high traffic areas for wild animals!
That’s my concern also, but it doesn’t seem like others are concerned!🤔 Anytime there’s tall grass there is likely ticks, chiggers, etc 😣

my favourite is a forest cause here in egypt we have alot of desert and my second i want it to be the white studio with roses in the wall it's very classy ♥ thank you for your videos you're my favourite, your videos are simple and at the point
Thank you so much! Haha it's so funny how we always want what we don't have right?! I would love to do a photoshoot in a desert! On the other hand, here in Australia we have sooo many beaches that I get pretty tired shooting there all the time 😅

Next year I’m going to do a natural light analogue 365 project, which I think might challenge my ability to find and use different locations. I’m also simultaneously doing every idea Ray from 'The Visual Art Photography' has this year in the coinciding weeks next year. Again some of the might require driving round to find the right location.

Just coming back from Scotland there were plenty of accessible woodland, lochs and rivers for landscape photography and I always have my big lens with me up there for my wildlife photography. As most wildlife gravitates towards water, large bodies tend to be my favourite locations.
In some ways location is absolutely vital, but in other ways it doesn’t matter at all. It’s amazing how the camera can lie and you could be in the ugliest environment but because we can make the lens only capture a small portion of what is around us we can make it look beautiful. However, it will only really work with longer lenses which would get boring after about three shots. It also makes 'telling the story' a lot more difficult.
Yet another great video, I really appreciate how you put the effort into coming up with original themes.
That sounds like it's going to be a really fun project to work on! And I totally agree about loving how the camera can lie. I love shooting with my 35mm most of the time as I spend a lot of time into researching and finding locations, so I want to show it off as much as possible in my portraits. But every once in a while it's really fun and almost satisfying to shoot in an ugly location and transform it into a really beautiful photo with something like the 85mm!
