Bronson: "Least im not standing here doing tiktoks. Standing here like a man waiting for a coffee"
Random Guy: "Kind of coffee you get?"
Bronson: "Black sesame latte" *laughs*
Gotta love this show. LOL
Hahahahahahahahaha thank you for typing that out
prob the camera man not a random guy
Damn this chef is next level
1000%
Knows his shit!
Fr
Holy fuck this guy is good
He set us up bad with the whole mini fumble on the five spice thing at the beginning lol
Thanks....I work hard
Not sure if I'm trippin but this chef was on another level
as a taiwanese im so damn happy theres so much incorporation of taiwan cuisine in this episode. hope action goes to taiwan one day to eat bc the sheer amount of foods to try are fucking endless.
Still, would’ve been cool of the chef to pay homage to the Asian influences. Calling it “Alt-Pasta” is some bullshit. It’s Asian-Italian Fusion, let’s be real.
@@Knowledge213 you can bet its better than the pastas that sell in taiwan that have to "cater to taiwanese tastes"!
Taiwan truly number one!
Action had to hold on after that bean paste butter 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Holdin' on and bangin' the counter...
"as I hug you I look at Bartman?" is unintentionally the funniest line 3:10
Would literally watch 100,000 hours of footage of this chef specifically and Bronson just shooting the shit and cooking up amazing meals. Stellar episode 2024 has been an incredible year for FTD!
Fatty says "f*** thats delicious" after eating 5 star meal. Soooo much talent man!
Wow 11 years of footage!?
Absolute cringo lmao
Action looked like he really really really enjoyed this one
Gotta be one of his favorite places if he went for his birthday. Surprised we haven't seen this chef before, but I'll gladly watch more with him. He's awesome
shouts out to the editor(s) of this one, really stepped it up and the transitions and slowmo and cuts are great!
I was going to say the same thing.
Yeah this is better content. Bring Al and the gang around more too, love their interactions
Agreed. Well done edit
Ordering a latte with beef tongue from the same cafe is crazy lol
New York got good eats
I mean people get a sausage egg n cheese with a coffee, what’s the diff
diabolical
I love beef tongue tbh. So juicy and beefy in flavor
My gf and I were in NYC for my buddy's wedding last month. Win Son Bakery was recommended to us by her friend who lives there and we went there like 5 times in 3 days. Place absolutely smacks. Pricey & usually slammed shoulder-to-shoulder, but so so so worth it. The Scallion Pancake Bacon Egg and Cheese with like a ginger aioli sauce... dawg... life changing
10:38 is some elite quenelle skills did it so casually too 😵
FTD is the greatest cooking show on the internet. Period. Also that Universal Soldier reference at the end, jesus, what a wave of nostalgia and mental imagining. Top tier.
need an asian man to open up a restaurant using italian sauces on chinese noodles😂
the world aint ready for that yet lol
I can watch this stuff all day
One of the best episodes so far.
loved the vibe in this one. The cheff is a real one. GOd amn those dished look amazing!
That last dish looks so good. Wow!
To be able to do a dish that can render Action Bronson completely speechless like at 9:35, it really has to be something out of this world!
Holy moly! All looks out of this world. Delicious!
I mean this as the highest compliment, Action Bronson is my spirit animal.
I always look forward to these FTD videos. Bronson reminds me of a walking shroom experience and I always appreciate his fresh perspectives and how open minded he is. Salute to you Mr. Baklava
That Trigg dude loves Montreal steak seasoning. That makes him good in my book.

The head nod as he ate the strawberry 🍓 was wholesome and hilarious

Pasta coming full circle
Sharing my secret alt-pasta. Have not seen this dish in any Asian restaurant.
Stir fry 1/4 cup super thin shredded velvet pork (two toothpicks thick) with one spring onion cut on a bias. Add two generous tbs of Bull Head BBQ with a serving of cooked spaghetti (ensure the BBQ sauce is thoroughly mixed). Halfway through the stir fry, add water or stock to get it slightly saucy and make stir-frying easier. Add just enough salt to bring out the flavor but keep it on the bland side. The aroma of the BBQ sauce is the star of the dish. WARNING: Stir fry the BBQ sauce will bring out a strong fish smell. Fight through it and you'll have an amazing noodle dish.
Action doing more for NYC Restaurants than the city itself.
This Chef is insane 🤙🏻🔥🤝
That dude definitely got those morels at the farmers market and told him they were from the him himalayans and charged him double 😂
“Put the product on the table…line it up!!! 😅💯❤Action
I went to Win Son last week for the first time. Their food is really good.
What a great episode
Now I wanna go to that spot
Great show! Very interesting combinations of flavors and cuisines and I really appreciate Action Bronson's attitude. The passion for food shines right through him!
How does the chef emulsify hoisin with the butter? In Italian cuisine it could require a small amount of pasta water, so that the starch helps binding the fat with the liquid.
Loved this 👌🏽👌🏽
Oh yeah, right up my alley!
he was emotional holding back tears trying those chicken wonton noodles
Huge Chef Michael White Energy with this dude…
i love this. i love how cultures blend their flavours and the ability to try new things. i also love how this will piss off the italians trapped in the past
Mouth watering 100%
I’m literally eating pasta while watching this lol
I'm going to this restaurant. What a chef, the man !
I'm a simple guy. I see Action Bronson, I click.
Then quickly prepare a lousy meal to eat compared to what we're seeing 😂
Love how Bronson has highlighted Won Son Bakery multiple times in FTD. That place is a gem.
This got me soooo hungry 😋
New Yorkers have it so damn good when it comes to culinary fare. An endless sea of amazing food.

This chef is a beast
never had a scallion pancake before but w/ tounge sounds like a good breakfast along with the latte or coffee
love seeing clovis in the birthday photos
Wontons so crazy Bronson had to ground himself grabbing that shelf😂😂
Awesome chef.
That 5 spice sounds good almost everything for an Asian style chili crisp oil. I tried it and realized that's the best damn flavor I've tried, good for everything.
"I love two-tone things". Highlight of the episode for me
Chef is awesome 👏🏻
Bro the lady who brought the strawberries wearing the "Have Heart" sweater rules 🤘🏽
The way he talks looks like my late brother. I miss people 🥹👍🏻
I now have a reason to go and visit Brooklyn.
Humble episode
This chef loves his butter
This actually looked like the best food of all time
