Cool video man. Helped allot to know how to maintain these little bikes. Got an old school 1985 pewee that came out with the yellow body kit. And was wondering if Rocky mountain sells the complete body kit for my bike? Thanks and have a Fun 4th of July Weekend.

Thanks for this video. I’ll be sure to kids my sons pw50 in tip top condition.
What do you think is a good fair amount of ride time for a day?
And how often should I service this bike ?

Is that power reduction plate in any way associated with the throttle limit screws (I would assume not). What happens if you remove the power reduction plate but continue to use the throttle limit screw?

They are not related so you can do either one or both to tailor the power to your rider. It's a good idea to start over with the throttle limiter screw after taking out the power restrictor plate to dial in the power exactly as you want it.

is it bad that i dont have a sponge on the air box?

I'm not sure what you mean by sponge on the air box. But if you're saying you don't have an air filter inside your air box, that is very bad and you should get one in there as soon as possible.
