Got my son a ttr50 and one of those electric bikes from Walmart. He’s getting them for his 5th birthday this weekend. I’m super excited and scared to death. I’m taking him into town on Wednesday to get some riding gear. He is probably shorter than your 4 year old. I’m really going to be focusing on him working the brakes. He rides the neighbors little electric bike like your little ones and uses his feet to stop. I can’t wait to see his expression when he gets his bikes.
You are such an awesome dad ingrate teacher teaching your boys to ride those . I got my first 90 cc motorcycle when I was fourteen and 4 ft 8 and it was perfect for me. Nobody taught me though I had to teach myself. I popped a whole lot of wheelies on that Kawasaki 90cc by mistake. I have been writing for 50 years now without incident because like your boys I learn to master the motorcycle in a field in the woods and along the railroad tracks where I grew up. I learned to talk to God early on because I would climb cliffs and have to lay the bike down because I didn't make it up. But I had never had an injury ever that's why I am so sure that there truly are angels taking care of kids even when they don't have a dad to teach them. Again you are an awesome dad and this is the most exciting sport to me still. 🏍️🤗🕊️✝️🙌
Awesome man subbed!! Definitely pulling the training wheels off as my youngest is getting crazy on them. Hardest thing thus far is getting them to use the brakes as my kids are part Japanese so commands in English and Japanese confuse them. I just started having them randomly stop. Love it man
I can imagine that gets confusing. We went through the long learning curve and struggles with brakes on the Stacyc. Fortunate it carried over to the pw and led to a smooth transition!
I have a 4 yo that loves his bicycle Learner to ride without training wheels a month ago and rides like he’s a bmx bandit. I’m thinking he would be a good dirt bike kid. He’s smaller than your 4yo tho. Worried this will be too hard. Idk about the Stacyc tho. Seems expensive transition. Any suggestions?
Wow amazing. I'm barely going to get my 2 year old a stacyc. His birthday is next month! Should I go for the 12 or just skip for the 16 he couldn't quite reach the floor on the 16 tho :(.
How tall was your son when he got on the pw50? I think they have the lowest seat height, but My kids are short, so that’s my concern for the next step after the stacyc.
I can't remember his exact height. He was around the 60% height for his age at the time. The PW will have the lowest seat option at 18.7". Some do get an old seat and shave it down if they're having trouble reaching the ground
Excellent! Our little brother learned on a Zinger 50 and loved it so much he would fall asleep while riding.
That sound of the PW 50 reminds me when my kids were small and I had to get two of them. Good memories.
Agreed. That distinct sound can sure bring up so many memories.

Hope your son is enjoying the 2 wheels! The expression is worth it all!
Wow, best birthday ever!
He’s been loving it and riding everyday. Well worth it seeing his smile!!
Damn.... he quickly nailed balance and the eyes/head! Great family effort!!
Thank you!!
Hell ya! Just got my 4 year old a mint 2002 pw50 can't wait to take him out and rip. My son was on a stacyc for 2 years also
So cool! The Stacyc greatly helps the learning curve!
That’s awesome! I have a 15 month old grandson that will be following the same training path when it’s time… Go Kace!
Love it!! It’s so fun watching them progress and have fun on 2 wheels!

Thank you so much!!
How awesome. New Travis? Or new Graham Jarvis? Hope he will be successful =)
Can’t wait to see him at the track!
Looking forward to getting back at it.
Your son will love that❤
He's been loving it for sure!
Where did you get the decals from mate ? They look great
Decal works. Ask for Sean Murdock.
Impressive to see how well he’s riding at only 4 years old without training wheels… good job to your little guy
Thank you! I was quite impressed and best of all was how much he loved it!
@@TheBoyershow fast does it go and can it be limited to a slower speed?
@@TheBoyersis that a rear break on the left handle bar or a clutch
@@lynxeffect84 it’s a brake.
That smile is everything at 3:02
Couldn’t agree more. Makes it all worth it!!!
Good job

Definitely go with the 12 or they won't feel comfortable. Kace rode the 12" till he was a little over 3 and started when he turned 2.
@@TheBoyers thank you I really do appreciate your response.

Awesome thank you for the quick reply
what's your toughts on that stacyc, is it a good pre-pw50?
It’s a must. My boys are still both riding them everyday at 4 and 5. They love them and it helped tremendously getting them ready for dirtbikes.
🔥🔥🔥
