@@deep_z Our laws are full of flaws nd this is one of them but it was specifically tweaked by govt. So that people can't be granted bail without consenting with ED. It is crazy cause you can keep a person in jail forever without even needing to prove them guilty just file a new chargesheet with some new stuff and ask for more time in court. 1).While at Delhi I was literally awed when I entered the government school, never seen any govt school of any state in such a good condition.
2).We were at pg. My pg mate said tumhe pata bus ladies ke liye free karne ka aaj se lagu hogaya, i did not buy her words but when we got the bus MIND BLOWING Dilli ghum aya.
3). This acquaintance of mine had an emergency, so I jumped to take her to the hospital. She said traffic bohot kharab, chal mohalla clinic chalte and that was the first time I learnt there was something called moholla clinic.
I mean I being a citizen of another state found Arwind Kejriwal worth I don't understand why the Delhiites who actually look like they are aware of their rights would be so unaware.

I am going delhi since 2014, I always talk to autowallas, fortunately, they always gave me perspepective on the politics going on, first time when I talked about the government in delhi, it was arvind's 49 days government. That time also they said that " there was corruption in renewing auto wallas license on ground, now its dissappeared when aap government is in power" these people are the beneficiaries of this government. People are missing the point. Many indians are loosing faith in ED, CBI, judicary, police, news agencies and many more agencies. May it be party in power, the other parties want to be in power, or the fight in between them. Citizens need three other pillers of our democracy to be stable. Once elections are over, do politcal parties expect citizens to forget all these (might be by opp or curr govt) and continue their lives without worry ? Once trust is gone, it takes a long time to renew it. Political leaders need to be more sensible about their influence and not to stoop to any level to gain (or keep in the) power.
All the people who supported kejriwal in this topic and specially that auto driver are real indian citizens and knows the meaning of democracy very well .

Is democracy at risk ? Can ED and CBI be weaponized by ruling party against opposition leaders ? Can they be kept in jail without conviction from Court ? For how many days ? Should Supreme Court set a maximum limits to safe-guard personal freedom against abuse of power by CBI/ED ? Is PMLA's "Guilty until proven Innocent" a reasonable default ethically and morally ? Should rules be different during Election year to promote healthy-competition and safe-guard democracy ? Is Judiciary (esp. Supreme Court) effective in establishing Checks-and-Balances against other (Executive / Legislative) branches of Democracy. Indians need to stay engaged and understand these core issues and not take Freedom for granted and losing all freedom due to carelessness.
