That’s a nice overview of the case, but still too many unanswered questions. VWhat was the net earning of Delhi govt under new and old policies? How much of licensing fee was refunded after scrapping the policy? Was increased drunkenness a cause for concern with the new policy? Again if a company was paying 12% to Govt and 6% to AAP that’s a total of 18%. How could companies gain from that?

That’s a nice overview of the case, but still too many unanswered questions. VWhat was the net earning of Delhi govt under new and old policies? How much of licensing fee was refunded after scrapping the policy? Was increased drunkenness a cause for concern with the new policy? Again if a company was paying 12% to Govt and 6% to AAP that’s a total of 18%. How could companies gain from that?
