Quadriplegic Boy Receives New Wheelchair After Old One Is Stolen

A quadriplegic boy received a new wheelchair from the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia after his old one was stolen over the weekend in Southwest Philadelphia. The boy’s parents spoke with NBC10’s Rosemary Connors about the support they’ve received from the community.

That's crazy ! Donald Trump says bad things happen in Philadelphia. No jokes aside this isn't a laughing matter. How could you be so heartless? God is going to get that person or people. From killings to drugs to homelessness. To crime we have to do better.

I'm a Pasty a@@ white old Curmudgeonly #NavyVeteranKorea, retired county sheriff. I also want folks to Try to cover their own medical needs,etc. This is a case of sadly crime will always occur. BUT no child,adult should ever need to beg for basic life necessities.
