I feel the exact same way you do about Anthony and probably for the same reasons. And on the other issue it’s been 4 years & 3 months since my last (& hopefully final relapse). One day at time my friend, you can do it, lean on your support group and don’t go back to those old people places and things. You are doing great and just keep taking it one day at a time. It’s not easy but it can be done

I've watched a lot of videos by guys who were in the life - Michael, Sammy, Frank Culotta, and you. Here's the thing. The others are (or were) fascinating and charismatic, and I respect them for wanting to tell their story. But Michael isn't totally honest and still wants a business empire (albeit the right kind today), Sammy is still Cosa Nostra in his mind, and Frank had some dark edges. You are the only one who combines honesty, humility, compassion, and kindness. You're a good person with a good heart, and that's why I always look forward to your vids.
Well said & alite lies and sells autographed bats, borello can’t stop his violent ways, luisi is a total liar and a phony who will say anything - I’m still trying to figure out Mikey scars but it’s clear he changes testimony between the first junior gotti trial to the third and that makes him not credible & I agree with everything you said but I wanna add Sammy is funny and a great story teller but you can’t believe anything he says and I think if you had something he wanted bad enough he would still kill your for it only if he thought he could get away with it. & Michael wants to play the God card but clearly embellishes, exaggerates and and truly worships the almighty dollar more than anything else

I grew up with Gene Borrello, Chris Cognata and them im 8 years older Pudgie is one of my Best Friends im 46 now anyway I use to see You all over the place, By Ginos, The diner's, Toms on the bay the water view The Linden wood dinner in the TSS days. Anyway we have many friends in common. 1st of all, the street tax was started by Scarfo, Joey just attempted to continue that strategy. With a lot of difficulty.
2nd. It’s well documented, Joey Merlino and Ralph Natale were not successful mob bosses. They struggled to make money. Unlike Scarfo who had Union Local 54 under his control, Merlino & Natale didn’t and the street tax all but dried up. Merlino was a degenerate gambler who never paid his bills. Now his father, Salvatore "Chuckie" Merlino was a solid wise guy… except for the drinking…

Yes, we do enjoy the mob stories. Hell, some of the best movies are mob movies. But we also admire the "walkaway" movement as well. Former mobsters walking away from the life (particularly because the life was throwing you guys under the bus) and giving positive messages on their channels. Guys like you, Sammy, Mike Franzese, John Alite and your cousin Gene, all who use to be in the life, are warning kids about the dangers of it. I actually subbed to Merlino's channel because he spoke about exposing the so called justice system. In no particular words, I believe he was hinting at there being a need for prison reform. That's the same message Sammy has. Guys spending years in jail over something that should require no longer than 3 to 6 months. I think Joey is gonna surprise some people regarding who he refers to as 'rats.' Don't wanna jump the gun, but besides that, I like his message so far. Unfortunately I won't get notifications because screwtube has disabled that option. I'm gonna have to go to his channel. I don't get it. There's another channel that youtube has disabled the notification bell and its only a freaking doctor's channel! It's actually an alternative healing channel which the corrupt pharmaceutical companies don't like. Google and youtube is in the same boat with those companies. Btw, I love the introduction music to your videos. Never gets old.

I have been a serious figure in my area and also been at my lowest on drugs. I still struggle with drugs when im a year or two sober. Someyhing like a lost family memeber or losing a serious relationship and i can find myself relapsing. Do you have any advice on how to stay clean
Im 8 months clean now and the longest ive been is 5 years.
