@MandRproductions! I found a really cool Easter egg. At about 7:15 in the video…I realized how much more care and thoughtfulness Lego puts in to almost all its other themes except Star Wars 😒

You can use the brick separator to place stickers without getting fingerprints on them, which can detract from the art when the sticker is clear. Just raise one side, stick it to the separator, and then smooth the rest of the sticker over the brick.
I use a pocket knife blade or tweezers in much the same way. Definitely the way to go
I’ve used a toothpick or bent paper clip in the past, but using the separator seems much more logical lol. I’ll definitely be doing this in the future!
I just use the tweezers i use for foil stickers on Gunpla if I want to get clear back stickers on well

It was great to see you post a review of another highly anticipated set before the Ambassador Network. Wong shouldn't have been in this set, but Wanda's inclusion is justified. This set is based on The Avengers and Age of Ultron, and Wanda was in Age of Ultron, more than a mid-credit scene. I hope I can get this set sometime.
I agree that wong shouldnt be here. But pretty sure this set i based on almost all of the avengers movie.
It’s also based on Endgame. When they all go back in time and when Loki is wearing that mouth piece. Also scene from Loki season 1.
The iron man armor chasing tony might just be my favorite feature of this set
I believe the cookie in the workshop is a reference to when Tony Stark was eating sweets in the workshop, I remember hearing that Robert Downey Jr actually hid sweets all across the set to eat and brought them out during the shoot as improv

I rarely share your unbridled enthusiasm regarding Lego sets but this one is legitimately good. Overpriced and marred with stickers as usual but still decent, with an impressive lineup of minifigures. However, I just can’t shake the feeling that the interior should be way more impressive given the huge scale of the tower.
How is this set overpriced, if anything it should be more expensive, as well as this is if there weren't that amount stickers they would be printed and then the set would be even more expensive, with the interior I do some what agree with you that yes the interior could be better but the set is limited in the interior because of the height and to go mention again the set would be more expensive if it weren't as "short" as it is.
@@jkrexicon4527You can always compensate Lego for the set being too cheap by buying it twice 😜 Despite the sticker drama I agree the selection of minifigs is a redeeming quality BTW.

@@maydayfigs oh fs we are spoiled as hell. Lego consistently puts out incredible sets and minifigures despite all the tedious stuff behind the scenes. It’s little things that happen that bother me the most (things lacking detail, print and piece quality)

hey my guy idk if you know this but you can build litertally *anything* with lego, thats kind of the entire point of the bricks. if you dont like the sets make MOCs.
I really like the price, the minifigures look great for the most part, (really love that Vision figure too) I cannot wait to order this on Black Friday and get it in hand. I really love the way this set has been done. Great review. I wish Star Wars would include this many figs in a set for us.

I commented on the Jang reveal video that the reason the prison is probably in there is two-fold.
One, this set has a lot of play-features, more than a typical "display set." And prions are a very popular play feature among their pirate and castle themes. Even space police, lol
Second, there's a prison in the previous Avenger tower that holds the red faced guy.
I'm not sure if that last prison is canon or not, but it's a show that the Avenger tower has had a prison in it for previous lego verisons.

I theorized that since Loki was the main bad guy in this set, that they were just looking for play features themed around him.

I have a few gripes for sure but that’s always gonna be the case with a set this big even with the ucs millennium falcon the minifigure choice could’ve been bumped up but I still think it’s price makes sense it’s just I know myself I’m gonna want to go on bricklink and remedy those missing characters which is gonna make the total cost for the display even more
They should do a Lego set with Captain America, Brock Rumlow , and Strike members or Cap vs undercover hydra operatives in Shield minifigs

If I was to nitpick, I would say 2 missing Minifigs would be Maria Hill and Bruce Banner from Age of Ultron.
Maria hill is such an annoying exclusion lol. I literally looked it up yesterday, she's only ever had 2 figs and they're both pretty pricey right now

the set looks cool but kinda seems small with all the minifigs are inside
Never been a huge fan of marvel like sw but man this set is actually a beauty I know the tower and seeing it in a ucs-esq Lego form is so cool
I love how this set looks but honestly i think the daily bugle set is way better
Other than the excellent figure selection, I’ve never seen the draw to the Bugle, it’s a big grey rectangle. This has much more interesting shapes in the building process.

@@Gzilla313the figs matter and this set has an atrocious selection. Only 3 of 29 are even remotely special. The building is definitely a bit better but not 150$ better and the figs being so bad bring it down even worse.
@@exocolt15 it’s really just the Vision that’s special, and it’s amazing. Not $500 for one figure amazing, but still the stand out point of the set.

There's supposed to be a little NYC Taxi with a couple more figures as a GWP for Black Friday, and while I do think that's cool, I really wish it'd been Coulson's flying car instead
Thanks Ryan for the great review. I'm torn. That's a lot of money for a set...wish the interior and access were more like the Bugle. The GWP doesn't sell it for me either...Stan Lee should have been included over Kevin Feige.
