Just finished my second attempt at module 1’s exam and failed. I always hated studying because I just can’t sit there and take notes with sooo much info and try to remember alll the context. I had no real way to study for my exam besides going through each course over again in hopes of remembering. However, I was excited just to move on and booked my exam right away not leaving me much time to study. Then when I realized I failed and had to take a retake. I went through the module quickly again skipping to the quick practice questions at the end of each slide and thought that was enough for the retake. I clearly underestimated my knowledge. PASSIT will definitely be day and night from my last strategy which was no strategy at all but an attempt to remember everything. Thanks for sharing!!
Hey Ricky, thanks for your comment. And yes its definitely not a course you can just skim through and try your luck... or you will be doing a lot of re-writes. Passit was the key for me and helped me succeed from my first attempts. Not just their MCQ but also the terminator and rapid recall are important to use as well. All the best !!
Passing the real estate exam is when you study hard, if you can’t study or you don’t have time for your studies I’d advise you get yourself a help like Mr albert.

Heyy good luck on the exam hope it went well. Song passit alone won’t get you to pass the exam. Definitely should be reading through the slides. But passit will help you prepare for the style of questions.
Hey ! Thanks for the great video. Any advice for doing multiple choice questions ? I normally can read the question and understand what it’s asking for and have a answer in my mind. But when I do the practice questions on passit I narrow it down to 2 choices that both seem correct and never know which one to choose. Any suggestions ? Thank you !!
Hey Matthew. Thanks! That’s a great tactic. How I like to narrow it down further is look at the wording used. Typically when they use the word ‘always’ or ‘must’ or words that are distinct, chances are it’s not the right answer. I find humebr tends to lean on caution and use words like ‘typically’ ‘often’ ‘usually’. They always like you to refer to a third party specialist and not say something you shouldn’t. I also like to look for answer that start the exact same way. Typically it’s one of those and they try to confuse you on the later half of the question. But in general, always read the question at least twice before answering it. There are a lot of ‘not’ questions and it can throw you off after a while. Hope that helps good luck!
How exactly is it recommended to study !! is it required to be followed along with your online humber modules ? or Post completion of humber modules we should touch it ?
Hey Ravindran, is using passit is not required for the learning. It is an optional tool to prepare you for exams. You can use it to follow along with the course readings. Or you can use it afterwards. Whatever works for you. I have another video called “how to pass your next exam” where I show you a breakdown of how exactly to use this platform. Thank you! Appreciate the feedback. Honestly... I recommend passit for every course. I’m in course 4 now and passit hasn’t been released for it yet and I am seeing a big difference with my studying. PassIt makes the studying fun and interactive with the different components. Not just MCQ, but rapid recall and terminator. And the great thing is it tracks your progress and shows you exactly where you need to improve on. That’s just my opinion lol

Yesss I remember those days. I found it best to handle it in pieces. Read one module and do practice questions for that module. So practice as you study. That worked well for me.

Would never recommend passit. There are better options available. Probably the worst customer service and i have actually found better study materials online. They scammed me and charged me twice for the same course without giving me extension. All their reviews are fake and they are definitely not worth a dime
