  • Test taking is a big trigger for anxiety and stress for all us. This super short meditation will help you get centered, and grounded right before a test. Your anxiety level will decrease significantly. You can do this meditation right before your exam and hopefully your teacher will agree to play this video before you start.

    Every cell of your body is affected by every thought you have. Negative thoughts affect your body negatively. Positive thoughts affect your body in a positive way, making you more relax, centered, and alert. Positive thoughts cause the secretion of endorphins in the brain and reduce pain and increase happiness.
    What I am trying to say is that having a positive outlook on life is more imperative than we think.
    A lot of young people are affected by depression and anxiety. We can help them shift their attention to something pleasant and positive by encouraging a daily practice of self love and self care.
    This super short meditation sets the tone for the rest of the day. We start the day by repeating a pleasant and uplifting word or phrase several times for 5 minutes. By doing this we plant the seed in our subconscious and we set ourselves up for success.
