    1. Drink warm water in morning
    2. Eat turmeric & neem paste 1-2 in week
    3. Drink lemon water
    4. Do fruit diet once a week
    5. Eat curd
    6. Eat cows ghee
    7. Do bhrastika pranayam after having a meal
    8. Stretch your body
    9. Practice asans
    10. Eat food with crossed legs & with happy mood

    Thanku grandma,,, you know i just 17 years old don't even complete 17 year,, i am just tired of this problem , i am suffering from this problem from.3 years, ,, doctors give me a lots of test like endoscopy , blood test ,, ultrasonography like this,,, all my reports are fine, nothing happend i just i can't understand what do, what is my main problem , i always cry for this problem ,,,,,, for this problem i can't even do my study properly , now i am being tired of this problem , but lots of thanks grandma, from today i have started this steps which you suggested ,, i feel you are like my own granma, i hope i can cure this problem following your suggestions,,,.       To enhance digestion:
      1. Start your day with 1-2 glasses of warm water.
      2. Drink lemon water throughout the day.
      3. Ensure your diet includes ample fiber from sources like whole grain cereals, legumes, nuts, seeds, vegetables, and fruits.
      4. Incorporate prebiotics such as oats, bananas, flax seeds, and berries, as well as probiotics like rice kanji, beetroot kanji, and yogurt.
      5. For mouth sores and ulcers, opt for soft mashed foods, include fermented foods.

    I workout daily and consume lot of foods a good diet even after this I get bloating gas problem it irritating me now cause I eat lot of good foods like oats Banana paneer etc milk which are good for health weekly a cheat meal even after these my food don't digest
