Thank god you mentioned Conor Mosack. I think he has some genuine talent but it felt like every time I watched xfinity this year, he was wrecking, spinning, or running mid-20s in equipment Kaz Grala ran 15th place in all year. Even in his top 5, his car was beat all to hell. I hope he can get the wrecking out of his system, because he could become a road course ringer.
Connor Jones honestly by his performance should have broke the rules and made it on this list cuz holy cow he was horrible he took the #66 ThorSport Ford F-150 that Joey Logano won in earlier in the year and he had four sub 20's finishes in his 9 starts in the #66 ThorSport Ford F-150.
I really like Mosack I feel like he's good but he needs to be developed on ovals. He's good at road courses but its clear he needs help on the 1/1.5 mile tracks
I agree he's good at road courses and even has decent potential on ovals, but he should have ran in ARCA or Trucks before going to a good Xfinity team right away.
@@MoltenRage41To be fair Caruth made a few truck starts as well as several Xfinity starts in 2022 while Dye only ran Arca and hasn’t been as competitive as he was before he got suspended in 2022.
Ok so I'll be giving my take on what caused all of these DM Jeffrey Earnhardt: I believe it to be Alpha Prime just being backmarkers, they should try to get an alliance with maybe JRM DM Connor Mosack: inexperience, that's it. He's done well but he needs to run more races. Maybe try to get the #11 TRICON truck when Heim moves up 10. Blane Perkins: for SS Greenlight I think it was more the team deciding to switch to multiple drivers than 2 full time drivers, for Our I think it was the team just sucking REALLY BAD. RSS Racing now has their first non Sieg full time driver and I think the team is really set on a great 2024 9. Spencer Boyd: I think he's been doing about the same, it's just the Truck series getting VERY close. It's almost as close as the Cup Series will be in 2024. Hope he can improve. 8. Ty Dillon: It's a mix of Spire getting one car where it needs to be and not the other, then considering 2023 as a washed season like just after Gateway, and Ty not having Confidence. I foresee him having a Martin Truex Jr 2015 type season 7. Hailie Deegan: I got nothing. The only reason I can think of is that she isn't fit for the Truck series. Think she will do well in 2024 for AM Racing 6. Joe Graf Jr.: I got nothing, he just isn't cutting it 5. Jack Wood: I think it's inexperience and KBM not being really good. I'd dare say they weren't a top team in 2023, and yes they won two races but that was KFB, not KBM. I think he'll do well in 2024. 4. Brandon Jones: all I can point to is: First year with JRM: First year with it's Chevy: JRM was down largely before and during the Playoffs I mean Josh Berry went from 4th to 11th, out in the first round, only above Jeb Burton, and Jones has driven a Toyota for FOUR YEARS. once is a fluke, twice is a pattern, and I don't see why that shouldn't apply to Brandon Jones. 3. Noah Gragson: Probably seeing the Cup series like the Xfinity series, and the fact he drove an Xfinity car for four years, with a top team, then going to an unexpected backmarker team, in a new car, knowing you'll probably be replaced cause of Toyota. 2. Garrett Smithley: Really I think for BJM, they weren't ready for two cars, even Bj. said they weren't going to try that again, and for JD the mentality of being released from his contract, and missing two races kinda ruined him the rest of the season. 1. Austin Dillon: NOTHING, REALLY NOTHING. He had good runs but the penalty really killed what would have still been a bad year. Maybe his new crew chief is to blame, IDK.
@@andrewnovak5478 Exactly. In 2025, run Rajah and Ellis full time, run the #45 part time, and get an alliance with JRM. Those are the 3 big things they need to become at the least midfield contenders.

I like Austin but he’s like the Lance Stroll of NASCAR. Decent driver, and has shown glimpses of talent, but is relatively average/mediocre most races and isn’t going anywhere due to family relations. Also Stroll in F1 has consistently gotten flack for not using his mirrors (Melbourne and Austin in 2022 are recent examples)
at this point of film about Deegan, don't forget that she is wrecked by the boy's many times, because the boys don't like to be lost by a girl on track.

Yeah Jones was really bad even for a young rookie. Hope he’ll do better this year
Chase Elliott who missed 7 Races in 2023 still had a much better season than Austin Dillon
This list pretty much matches up with the videos I did on Xfinity and Truck drivers. Didn't expect you to go in on Jeffrey and Brandon
Harrison Burton should have been on this list, he’s absolutely horrible
