Man I wish Johanna Long was given a chance, I remember during the Richmond 2012 race where Johanna started 12th and drove to 5th, Jeff Burton tweeted that a big team should give her a chance and no one did.
Not only do I like that the xfiniry regulars can have their glory now, but also appreciate that cup drivers can still do down and give them a challenge. Also appreciate top cup drivers driving for lower tier teams who've never won, helping them learn to work more with less. I think overall this is a win win for every party possible.
I really don't mind the current rules, it makes some regular season races for these guys feel special when they hear that a high profile Cup driver is racing with them
It's healthy for young drivers to compete against cup level drivers, a good measuring stick if you will. Also good for fans to see the increased competition.i always liked seeing cup drivers in both lower levels
That happened because of 2004 Darlington when hornaday took Kyle Busch’s chances of winning the Busch championship by break checking him and causing Busch to get damage that would ruin his day and let Martin Truex clinch the championship that season
@@TheFinnRondy_ He'd have still lost the championship, go back and look at the points goin into Darlington. Busch was 161 points behind Truex Jr, let's say Busch dominates and wins instead of finishing 33rd, Truex Jr was 4rth that day, Busch barely makes a dent in his point lead. Then at the final race at Homestead, Busch was 3rd, Truex Jr was 9th, not enough he still loses the championship...
In my opinion the rules have definitely helped the series get to the great state it is in now, but maybe in the coming years the rules could be relaxed a bit, and it wouldn’t affect much
Not letting cup drivers in the lowers series is slowly killing those series. It’s sad to see. I would change it and let them run in all regular season racing but they can’t run in the playoffs but other than that let them race. It’s just killing the trucks and xfinity
How did it ruin it? It just made the regular drivers better. If you have cup guys in trucks an xfinity you wouldn’t have theses wreck fest every week in those series trust me
@@TrevorPhipps-vw6kr There was literally zero new talent until recently coming to the cup series and cup drivers were dominant to the point racing was boring so yes it ruined it
@@lmao-ev6nz yes I did. You said there was no talent that came throw but your wrong. Just off the top of my head you had guys like Ricky and Joey come throw during when some people say the high point of buschwaking

looking forward to the truck series episode later on
Same. When it gets to 2020, don't forget to bring up the bet Kevin Harvick and the Truck Series' sponsor combined for regarding Kyle Busch.

Considering the thumbnail, I do wanna say that Jesus gets us. But do we get Jesus?
I dont think ots any coincidence that it was around 2018 or 2019 where xfinity started becoming the consistently best race each weekend
Texas 2011 shows why Kyle Busch should've been banned from leeching
Boo hoo

I say let them race. If I was in charge I would get rid of the rule limiting cup drivers

I agree. But besides playoff races. It would only help those series
If i was in charge, the owner points would only count if they didn't use cup drivers.
It’s already that way.
should have kept busch a short track series. now they might as well merge xfinity and cup and use a dirt track race layout.

I say we should go back to the rules from 2016 when every cup driver can run in any race except the playoff races

Buschwacking ruined early 2010s development driver racing and also making 2020+ development driver racing the best it has ever been in nascar history.
