No the Blood Money code reference is in Mendoza. Slight-ish Spoilers In the “Hidden” Mission Story (forgot the name) you go into a room where the heralds have a meeting. At the back of the room is a safe combination with the code 2006. Then there is also the “A Vintage Year” challenge for acquiring the 1945 Grand Paladin.
Funny thing about the unicorn horn in Dartmore's secret room is that I thourght this was part of a easter egg (well turned out to be a reffrence) and that I could re-stick it to the unicorn head that's missing it's horn down by the gardens for somthing to happen.

"47... is broken in many ways but he is self-aware about it and he tries his best to be whole." is this a reference to hitman 2 where he realized his memory was wiped and he spent time trying to gain back the memories that had been taken from him?? and in that game we also find out that he was pretty much raised his whole life to be this way, molded and designed to reach this purpose, and that could explain his lack of a conscience or other feelings about who he kills, and any other ways he's "broken" could be explained by that upbringing as well diana... brings out the humanity in him, it seems, more than anything else
