You could definitely cut a better time power shifting, u got the helical gear set for it
I have done it a lot before when I was all motor if look at my super old videos.I highly recommend not to it at high hp it can destroy the Clutch, Deferential and Transmission. I have seen it happen on my friends Evo 10 at 600hp

If it is a k series 300-350 is fine just make sure you have a good tuner and don’t beat the ever living shit out of it 24/7
