Turbo GT driver does not know how to drive that car at all .That Turbo Gt does 0 to 60 in 2.7 seconds and the quarter in 10.8...The other two should not even be close

As per Jay's mention in the video and our previous replies, the Cayenne Turbo GT had just over 2,000km on it. We learned on the day of filming that the break-in occurs at 3,000km. This was a half-mile, not a quarter-mile race. The added torque of the AMG GLE63S SUV with its ISG tech really played a big part at the top end.

I am fortunate to own the GLE 63s and regardless, all of these SUV’s are phenomenal. It’s just a matter of preference. I test drove these and the Audi. Obviously I preferred the Mercedes. I’m not racing or tracking my vehicle but it does everything it’s supposed to

It would be nice to know that Canadian Spec models have more power! Wouldn't be the first time a German manufacturer did that. In any case, this was a half mile, not a quarter-mile race. It was insanely close between the AMG and BMW however, being that it was a half-mile race the added torque of the ISG on the AMG really came through.

As many others have mentioned, I have never seen a video of a GLE 63S beating either one of these cars. Hell I've seen some M60s keep up with the GLE 63S.
Thanks for commenting! We are situated 3400 feet above sea level. All vehicles often deliver different results at our altitude than other drags you might have seen performed at sea level. You are right, there was something wrong with the Cayenne Turbo GT. As mentioned by Jay in the video and in previous responses, it had just over 2,000km on it, the break-in is 3,000km. I don’t know what they did to the GLE 63s but I know for sure that it’s not faster than the beemer in any case unless it’s been tuned. The transmission and the weight holds it back but it is comfortable to drive . I think you guys are trying to help Mercedes improve sales😂
The ISG tech in the AMG made a big difference in the half mile. Most other challenges on UA-cam are over a quarter-mile. The ISG tech can add 21hp and up to 184lb-ft of torque at times. In this case it delivered every last pony.

At least in my vehicle, it is somewhat temperamental sometimes when just hitting the gas all the sudden. It’s like the transmission isn’t alert sometimes. I admit that it is a fun vehicle at times and sounds great. I owned a 21 X5M competition before the GLE 63 and they both have noticeably different behavior when it comes to putting the power down in an instant. I like what you guys are doing with the channel,keep it coming 👍🏽

Where did you guys get your fats from? The MB GLE63s has 603HP, NOT 624HP, which is very far from it. The BMW has 625HP, NOT 615HP, except maybe the merc is turned

The tires on that 720S were due for a replacement. Going up against an AWD without new tires and on that surface made traction a challenge. Once it hooked up, it was a ballistic missile!
