Being a boy I think it is not good to stereotype a gender as smart and other as not good. You will find all kind of people in a community, country, religion or gender. Stereotype kills uniqueness.
Stereotyping is a great tool in human evolution, we all use this tool every moment in our life. You see a tiger you should run, but when see a cat, you don't. But some tigers are friendly, regardless, we don't have time to tell which tiger is friendly. If you insist not to use stereotypes, you will likely first be eaten. The society should not promote Stereotypes, but if you are doing research, you care about finding the truth, stereotypes are a good guide, because stereotypes are a good approximation of truth.

Tigers only kill humans to defend themselves and their natural prey is not humans, that's why even if they kill a man, they won't eat it. Tigers only eat humans when they are man eaters. Dude, In my opinion, yes, there are differences in the size of the brain and these things, but, the truth is that there is an instinct that moves the two, I mean the male always seeks things such as efficiency and strength, while the girl seeks to strengthen her social ties with the people she loves more than her interest in being the strongest, for this reason always the ancient peoples in usual puts a man as the king and he is the owner of the highest order because often males seek these things more so as human beings they develop everything they can develop in order to deserve that place, while the girl will seek to strengthen her social ties more instead of caring about being the strongest in the place Or something similar. Most test scores don’t show how smart you are. It shows how well you memorize facts.

Then what do you want to be on test? Plus memorizing something does increase IQ
Mensa tests measure your ability to demonstrate logic, creativity, patterns and relationships, you don't memorise anything. You can do some puzzles to get you used to them, I didn't, I just took the test in a magazine, got 172 IQ and then took the official first Mensa test, 142, and was invited to do the second test at a Mensa venue which I didn't do as I was doing my GCSEs at the time, and too busy.
I kinda agree that every person is smart in their own way but to survive in society you need a sets of skill. I understand we are smart but we should be realistic. I wouldn't hire someone who's slow and indecisive because that's not productive.

Before finding out facts like these and making it my mission to spread awareness about stereotypes and science, I was in severe depressions over gender. I wanted myself to have equal opportunities and my mostly male friends to be able to show their emotions. Now, as someone who's mission is to spread awareness on all sorts of things, I have found myself to be much happier.

That sentence is actually pretty misleading. While there are similar macro structures in the overall brain, the differences in connectivity and hormones are important. Also, the IQ distribution between the sexes is significant, where at around 160 IQ men are over-represented 6:1, they are also over-represented at the lower end as well.

It does not matter which gender is smarter on anverage, individual intelligence is what matters. It was Marie Curie who pioneered our understanding of radioactivity, not all women and it was Isaac Newton who helped us understand physics, not all men.

My problem with this whole thing is that the conclusion is "we must cater to women and treat them differently". I've never thought or believed that women are of less intellectual ability than men. These are excuses if we're referring to the number of scientists, mathematicians, aerospace engineers, mechanical engineers, informatics, computer scientists, surgeons, etc. *(in the current times)* they're vastly men. Even in the top 10 Universities in every country, men comprise the majority of the STEM grads and are more likely to find a job that corresponds to their degree. While I agree that there is most likely no difference in gender IQs, please note that some teachers (give or take) may have a bias and give girls or boys better or worse grades partly due to gender. Though that is just speculation

Insight Yeah that pretty much is. Someone may be smarter at first, but if they person doesn't work as they, they won't get the job. Like in sports, someone may be more physically gifted, but if they don't work hard, the guy who works twice as hard as him will be better

Assuming to people have the same learning ability, the person who works at improving their knowledge the hardest will become the smartest. The comment said nothing about progression or success, but given two equal people, the person who works the hardest at progressing or succeeding will do the best. I don't know what they are progressing or succeeding at, but the harder working person will do better.
As someone who doesn't work very hard, I find this statement to be off. While the harder worker can still surpass the gifted person who doesn't put in as much work, what happens if the gifted starts putting in a little more work? Since they are gifted, they don't have to work as hard as the other person since they are on a higher level already.
Also, working hard doesn't guaranteed that you surpass the person who doesn't work as hard. Since people are on different levels, it could be that working hard puts you on the same level as the person who isn't working as hard (and yes it does happen).

At a young age I was very interested in science and was always the best in science, history and geography.
