- I am so pleased to present this amazing full live performance never seen before in it's entirety on behalf of the #getphilvotedin campaign. It is my Christmas Gift for 2023 to everyone who supports the campaign. And I hope we get new participants to spread the word that Phil should be nominated and inducted for his significant contribution to music as solo artist.
#getphilvotedin
Happy Christmas friends!
And if you are watching Phil...WE LOVE YOU!
Special thanks to the Andre Agassi Charitable Foundation for allowing me to use this footage from their archive, and to Scott Peets for getting it to me. Mixed by Scott Peets and Recorded on Design FX Remote.
This is a truly phenominal performance. Some of the best session musicians on the planet backing a man who is more than thrilled to be back on the stage after a year and overall on behalf of a good cause. What a vibe. And brilliant closing arrangement of Take Me Home by the man David Foster.
A great moment many thanks for this vidéo
Traci Baker, Omg I loved this. He looked so handsome. It was quite emotional seeing him up and walking around. @getphilvotedin2024
Just came across this video. I see that Phil's son has inherited his dad's multiple talent gene. Oh my, I just saw something, that I can no longer unsee it!! Philip!, what would your mother say??lol
Who knows, she just might get a giggle out it
Just an awesome version of 'take me home' nobody like Phil❤
Excited for you all to see this! Please join me for the live Premiere! Harry Kim, longtime member of Phil's band, Vine Street Horns leader, will be taking your questions during the live broadcast!

What a killer band!
This was awesome! He sounded fantastic. ❤ Phil
Just one word.......legend!!!!!
ABSOLUTELY!
What an inspired performance! Vintage Phil Collins. The stage and lighting; the band, just were spectacular. Phil looked and sounded so fine. And the band looked like they were really into it and having fun. I know I was watching this. Thanks.
Thanks for sharing!!
Best singer and best musician ever
Great energy and awesome performance!!!
Holy smokes, the one and only Vinnie Colaiuta on drums!!
🤯💖🔥🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟BLOWN AWAY!!!

WHOOT!
THIS, is how I remember Phil - full of life and energy bouncing around the stage entertaining us, even if he didn't play the drums. I love the double jump in the beginning of, "Something Happened on the Way to Heaven" - magic! Thanks for the upload, Traci, it was quite emotional viewing it. 🥰😢🎶🎶
It sucks that he went from a very healthy looking 55-year-old here to walking with the assistance of a cane as a 70-year-old. That being said, his "Not Dead Yet Tour" and the Genesis "Last Domino Tour" were still awesome, and Phil can still sing quite nicely!
Is the first time that i see Vinni Colaiuta play drums fro Phil....WOW
Hot...🥰❤️😍
I'm excited to see it!! 😎🎉
Those 2 isolated vids were great!
Happy & Merry Christmas to everyone 🎄
Thank you so much. Appreciate everything it took to get this published for all to see 👍👍
You're very welcome! I am honored to be able to get this INCREDIBLE performance out for fans to see.
It’s so emotional 🥹 Ben Stiller said Phil Collins is so cool . No doubt ! Thanks Traci, Sylviane
Gosh, they asked him for 11 times before he said yes? Thanks them for do not letting him go! What a beautiful version of “in the air tonight” ❤
I wonder why they didn’t got Philip Bailey? Anyway I love “easy lover” 🤘
This incredible band makes his performance so special! That was his last live performance for a long time, wasn’t it?
I can’t thank you enough for sharing this gem with us 🌟💎🌟
Thanks a lot to Scott Peets 😘
I had an amazing time watching this video 💓💓💓
Regarding Philip Bailey, this was a charity gig, and the band was put together by David Foster. It’s possible Philip was on another job, he lives elsewhere, wasn’t available, etc. The show really wasn’t geared toward Phil’s set -although he was the headliner… And Nathan was perfectly capable of doing the vocal, and he did a great job, I think… 🩷🫶
David Foster looks thrilled. LOL
Cos he isn't in control!
I’m sure he was proud to be called “one of the players on stage” 🤣
Never saw this one Tracie thanks for the video it awesome go Phillip!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤he looks fantastic in white slacks😮omg!!!!
Thank you so much for your comments. I’m so happy you enjoyed it. 🩷 Right…you would never have seen it because it had never been released before. I worked with the Agassi Foundation and had to make a presentation to their board to ask them to release this for the Phil Collins fans, and in support of the #getphilvotedin campaign.
They agreed, and I was able to work with Scott Peet who was the engineer on this project and actually was able to put this together and release it to everyone. It was a very exciting, I’ll be at a lot of work, project.
Cheers. 🩷 -Traci
This is incredible!! Thank you so much for this Traci. I love Phil so so much !!!
So Glad you enjoyed it! It's an amazing performance -Phil was in top , top form. :-)
Thank you! Have you more from Easy Lover? Maybe with Amy Keys and Arnold McCuller?

So glad you liked it! I am thrilled to be able to get this out in the world. XO
Thank you for this fantastic présent. Merry Xmas
So fabulous Traci! Thank you!!! ❤️
So Glad you liked it!!
This was FANTASTIC! I’d never seen this. I have Phil’s final tour dvd so a lot of this was from that tour. I LOVE the piano version of In The Air Tonight. It’s nice to see him do this version in public. So beautiful. I love seeing Phil so energetic. This is how I prefer to remember him instead of how he is today. The only thing that bothers me is how casual he dresses now knowing how he used to dress. He had gone through his third divorce during this time and I think the depression affected his appearance somewhat. But Phil and Genesis are the music of my life so I’m thrilled whenever he performs. It’s criminal he’s not in Rock Hall of Fame on his own. I like Peter Gabriel but he’s in there individually AND with Genesis and Phil is only in with Genesis? He’s in an elite group with McCartney and Jackson but they don’t put him in? What a crock. Phil is a legend. Thanks Phil for your music. Like Princess Diana, you are the peoples prince and always will be.
So glad you enjoyed it… And I will share that you never saw it because it had never been available before… I lobbied the Agassi Foundation, and they agreed to allow me to show it to support the campaign. It was part of their archival footage, and never prepared for any kind of public viewing. 🩷
PS- yes Phil deserves to be in the rock hall, recognized by his peers for his significant contribution to music as a solo artist. 🩷 #getphilvotedin
The footage was fantastic and professionally done. Thank you for lobbying to get it uploaded. We have to keep fighting for Phil!@@getphilvotedin2024
This was freaking awesome
YES! Love it!
Que lindo ver Phil tão alegre e descontraido, muito obrigada Traci por esse presente, gratidão. Feliz Natal 🎄🎄
Phill you ❤ Godbless you and yours much love 20:23
As músicas do Phil sempre me supriram e me suprem até hoje. Amo demais essa pessoa linda.🥁🎹❤️❤️❤️🌹
Love Genesis with Phil! 🥰
Is it Vinnie Colaiuta playing on drums? Awsome!
I wish he performed you'll Be In My Heart
1. Ben Stiller Intro
2. In The Air Tonight (Piano)
3. You Can't Hurry Love / Two Hearts / Something Happened on the Way to Heaven
4. Easy Lover
5. Take Me Home
Before the cameras caught him, wasn't sure if it was Chester or Ricky Lawson playing - turns out it's only Vinnie Colaiuta!!!
I had to listen while driving, so when the "moment" arrived during the first song, I almost drove off the road. I appreciate that Phil liked to keep his shows consistent, but it was nice hearing some looser interpretations
I’m glad you were able to listen, my friend… And I felt like In The Air Tonight was really an amazing performance, and I’m so grateful I got permission from the Agassi foundation to share it. there was instrumentation in the background at least partway through to the end and then he added that kind of plaintive vocalization at the end. It was amazing.
vinnie colaiuta on drums fits perfectly. Natan East on Bass?
Nice to see they could cobble together a few musicians off the street to back up Phil 😂
Well, I mean, David Foster is a world-class arranger, and this particular band is made up of incredible session musicians he put together specifically for this event. So I’m not sure that they cobbled together of people to back up Phil is a fair or kind assessment, it was a group of musicians that Phil had worked with I think in some cases individually or on other projects, so they definitely weren’t off the street. And Jeanette, Harry Kim, who worked with Phil for 30+ years and Nathan is who worked with Phil for several years were among those on the stage.
@@getphilvotedin2024 ummm, I was joking 😆
@@kevinmahlendorf4955 whew. That’s a relief. 😅 sorry, I’m just friends with some of these musicians and I know how hard they work so apologies and I didn’t realize it was in jest. Again cheers to you and thanks. 🩷
Whew 😅- so sorry I’m friends with some of these musicians, and I just didn’t realize it was in jest. Thank you so much for correcting my misunderstanding… 🩷
And lets not Forget the legendary vinnie colaiuta on drums, also like chester à former member of frank zappa's band
Quite fun to see 3 of collins regular Horn players doing their usual choreography thing while the poor sax player had to freeze up reading his charts, lol
Great performance - but sometimes the editing is like staring at a strobe light.
Sure there are finest musicians cause David Foster is in the lead 🤘
Vinnie on drums??
Yessss, and Nathan East on bass
