Nice! And I have to say I appreciate that you watch and comment on these videos, it's nice to get a little conversation and inspiration going on around these foods. 👍 And if you end up trying this chimichurri or other recipes, I would loooove to hear what you liked of them and if you made some interesting variations that I could try in the future. 😊
Sorry, but it's absurd. It's not chimichurri. Anyone in South America know thar this sauce has no onions, no dill, no mint... Only lots of parsley, garlic, 1 unit of oil ("could" be olive oil, but it's not the most common) to 1/2 unit of vinegar, pepper, oregano, etc...
Oh, thanks for good feedback! Always nice to hear comments from the roots of the particular food. These traditional recipes always mix a bit on internet. Delicious this was anyway. 😁 So no dill, no mint, no onions. What vinegar do you use in traditional? And what's the most common oil used in chimichurri? But hey, I really appreciate this feedpack. I love to learn things about food and cooking! 👍
@@loripiontek That's right, and the taste is the most important thing anyway. Aaand it's fascinating to try different versions and customize dishes for own liking. So sometimes I find better ways to do some dishes and sometimes I learn what definitely not to do next time. 😁
This is what i was looking for! yum

What would the "real"recipe be that everyone knows? This still looks delicious, whatever it may be called.
