Sam, we made this last night for company and everyone could not stop talking about how amazing the chimi was. We had leftovers on eggs this morning and it was INCREDIBLE. I think this will become one of those every-week-make-a-batch fridge staples. Thank you for another awesome recipe!
I made this last night. My wife likes Chimichurri way more than I do, but this was delicious. Brushing it on the steak while it cooks added an unbelievable flavor. My wife loved the Chimichurri, she was dipping the steak in the extra I had left over. Thanks for another home run recipe Sam.
Thank you Sam! Just used your Red Chimichurri recipe on some Carne asada for a catering job today... It killed! Thank you again for all your content and the laughs, keep it coming.

You are a funny dude, I don't really care about your recipes!!! But when life has me down, I watch these. and I feel better again. Thanks for your humor.
This stuff is MONEY. Had to make it with flank steak since none of my local stores want to carry skirt steak for some dumb reason. Made it exactly as Sam did except I just added all the roasted red peppers in the jar. Grilled it on the only grill we have right now - a pellet grill - at 400° with a sear plate. Problem is it’s hard to keep the temperature high enough to get quality grill marks using a pellet grill. Didn’t stop me from getting amazing results though. I can only imagine how insane this is with a little more char. My husband thinks this recipe was difficult. Haha! A girl could easily wrap a dude around her little finger with this meat. Make it! Just make it!
Just finished all my prep work. Making street tacos from this recipe for our tailgate tomorrow at Penn State. We stay the whole weekend, so we each pick a meal to make for the group. Told them I was making chili dogs. Gonna smack them with Red Carne Asada street tacos with a real nice cilantro lime creme! Chimichurri has been in the fridge for a few hours. It’s amazing!!!
