Just put a deposit down and waiting for my Z900 RS SE in yellow ball. I think that the chrome grab rail and silver Kawasaki radiator cover sets it off better, ordered mine with those on also and a tank protector.
Nice what ever colour it is just nice I think your going to have many years of fun riding this bike cheers 🇦🇺👍✌️😎🏴☠️it’s funny I’ve been riding HD for a long time now but I want one of these, takes me back to my youth, miss spent youth riding big yap bikes, yep fun times ahead
Mine is on order and I’ll detail it like that. I want a matching radiator guard first thing and breadbox delete. Abbreviated under tail treatment and possibly Pirelli or Metzler rubber. Bike presents very well in metallic black and sun yellow livery.
Yeah this one turned some heads in the yard. Kawasaki did a great job in keeping the old Z style in a new bike. Definitely worth getting everything coated as soon as possible 👍
I appreciate what your doing to the bike, and I’m sure you’re editing out some the steps for time sake, but I feel like a full detail would require taking the wheels off and not just ceramic coating the barrels and 1/3rd up the mag spokes. The gold wheels are a major aesthetic part on this bike so protecting all of them would be important. Also, if that’s a brand new bike, the entire exhaust system should have been wiped down with alcohol to remove any fingerprints or grease before coating them, or you’ll trap those blueing marks under there forever once the exhaust heats up. Enjoyed watching though! Good paint correction work!
You’re absolutely right. It would be a hell of a video if I showed you every single movement I made. I try to make the bits I do for video as smooth as possible, rather than the awkward shoving of the pad into the hard to reach areas. I’m aware that sometimes it leaves some questions as a result, and I’m happy to answer them. Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment though 🤙
Dude, I would be doing that exact same attention to detail, O do it now with my R9T-719, Make me want to go and get the All black 2023, 900RS-Cafe 👍, one of the best parts to owning any nice bike like this is detailing it before and after every ride👍👏
That’s one of the more tedious parts for me. I like to keep up on the mechanical parts of bike maintenance. Pulling my calipers every year and cleaning the pistons, working them in and out until they all move simultaneously with a lever pull. Changing the brake fluid every two years. Things like that. Cosmetics are just that, however it is great to check over the bike while cleaning to make sure nothing’s amiss, so there’s that.
@@wirenut3020 I've definitely seen a few bikes where the only thing holding them together is the dirt 😂 I don't ride as much as i'd like, so general mechanical maintenance is low. Plus, working next door to a bike mechanic helps.

Definitely makes everything loads easier to keep clean when it’s properly looked after.
