Jeff, this was the most comprehensive KDP tutorial I have ever come across! You put so much work into making every step understandable! I'm sending you a big virtual hug! Thank you!!!🤗
This was one of the best beginner tutorials I found for KDP that went slow enough for me to understand and follow along at the same time. Thank you for being so detailed and thoughtful when coming across showing beginners how to get started.
Amazing tutorial and you are a very good designer. Jeff can you explain one thing that can we use free templates of canvas and create a book for uploading on kdp ?
Hey just a question if you know the answer. my A plus content images are kinda blurry after I save them from creating on canva? I’m putting the exact measurement on them on canva but then after I save them they’re kinda blurry. Any advice on this? Thank you for your vids. Appreciates them a lot.
Please need help Every book I upload turns into a block, even a notebook I don't know why this means closing the account or what Even without a mile from Amazon Why can you help me?
The right is considered the right side of the book, which are the odd numbered pages (1, 3, 5, etc...). Likewise the left side is the back page of those odd numbered pages (2, 4, 6, etc…)
There are free ways but getting a license to use elements is your safest bet if you want to keep your account safe in the long term and take kdp publishing seriously.
It's not easy, the coloring book niche is now saturated. if you don't make a unique book that is more attractive than existing ones it's difficult to make any sales...
That’s why keyword research is the key to find niches and sub-niches with low competition and high demand. I see plenty of books sell well on Amazon that are not unique but yes, in order to keep making sales in the long run you want to make your books as unique as possible so much so that competitors would find it hard to copy and replicate.
Amazing tutorial! Once you have created your KDP, figured out your niche, and uploaded it, is there anything else that needs to be done? Advertising? Creating ads? Creating an IG, TikTok, or UA-cam channel to self-promote? I don't see many UA-camrs talking about this once you publish your KDP. It would be helpful to know what the next steps are, or if that's it. Also, how many KDPs should you create before you start seeing any royalties? @JeffSetLife Thank you.
That’s really it! You can run kdp ads from the beginning but ad spend can get out of hand if you don’t keep a sharp eye on your ads daily. As far as social media marketing, it’s not something I do but I can certainly see why more and more people are trying it. My suggestion is to keep publishing books with the thought in mind that it will take months for the majority of your books to gain traction. It took me about 200 lined journals to make my first $2.50. However the majority of my sales come from log books.
@@JeffSetLife Thank you for your insights! I understand that KDP ads require close monitoring to avoid excessive spending. Your experience with social media marketing is noted; it's indeed becoming a popular strategy. I'll focus on consistently publishing more books, keeping in mind the time it takes for them to gain traction. It's encouraging to hear about your success with log books, and I'll consider exploring that niche as well. Good to know I don’t have to do marketing since I don’t have the funds and wouldn’t know where to begin. Should I keep publishing in the same niche or explore other niches as well? Thanks again for your advice!

Amazing tutorial and you are a very good designer. Jeff can you explain one thing that can we use free templates of canvas and create a book for uploading on kdp ?
Thank you! Yes, you can use canva’s free elements but just make sure to check that each element you want to use allows for commercial rights.
Which option in the menu should i select to see the actual search result? ("All"/"Book")?
It should be the default search result but if not click on the button right next to the search bar and select “all departments”
0.375 and 0.25 not work If you tell me the size right size for top and bottom and for both sides, it will be very helpful for me.

Send me an email and I will send you the template for this.
I emailed you

I always save the file as big as i can in PNG up until the size limit is for A+ Content which is 2MB.
@@JeffSetLife thank you for that tip brother! Appreciate it!

What does email say from KDP? This could be a simple issue. Feel free to reach out to my email if it suits you better.
@@JeffSetLife Can I have ur email
Can one start making a sell without doing ads?
Yes! That’s how I started and how a lot of people start.
I’m confused about left and right…
The right is considered the right side of the book, which are the odd numbered pages (1, 3, 5, etc...). Likewise the left side is the back page of those odd numbered pages (2, 4, 6, etc…)

Why can't I choose subtitles?😢
try it now
Amazon does not accept AI content
Yes, they do. You just need to mark it as such.

I don't have an audience .
You don’t need an audience to start creating books on Amazon KDP. Just follow the steps in my video to be able to publish your first book.

It’s a great idea to explore new niches and when you start selling well in one, then you should make more books in that niche.
