Dear Hamza,
You're such an inspiration to me. You've built a really damn good physique and achieved a good level of success since you started self improvement.
I've been reading a book you recommended: The Magic Of Thinking Big. Since I started reading this book, I honestly changed my view on many parts of life even though I've only read about 1/4 of the book thus far. Something important the book has taught me is that everyone is human and that everyone is equally as important. I've also watched a bit of Iman Gadzhi who I found thanks to you, who explained that things and people should not be put on pedestals. Funnily enough, I used to do this! You were basically who I wanted to become, but instead of thinking 'I will become someone like Hamza', I thought 'I wish I could be like Hamza'. Due to all the knowledge I've gathered on this specific topic, I've come to realise that I can be just like you. I have a good amount of discipline, I've been reading for like 4 days only and I already really enjoy the process: I have become enthusiastic about my own self improvement journey.
And that Hamza, the knowledge I gathered, you supplied me with the materials. You supplied me with the materials to reach my goals. My mindset has truly changed a hell of a lot.
Therefore, I want to say: thank you Hamza, thank you for helping me out of the dark times of my life. I am grateful for you. MWAH (no homo)

You definitely gotta do a video on the actual goal LIST and the PLANS that are written down, on paper or computer doesn't matter. For the longest time I thought it's just a waste of time to write things down, but it's a GAME CHANGER. I recommend showing your own lists and plans in depth, because this way it will influence people and motivate them in a more convincing way to start actually putting down their goals on paper, which will finally transfer them from your imagination to the real world.

Way of the Superior Man shines through this video. David Deida is a fantastic author. However, never think that achieving a certain goal will lead to fulfillment, happiness, or even peace. David Deida even says that you should never lose yourself in your masculine endeavors. You must stay in the present moment and realise that nothing is worth doing if you aren't conscious, because if you aren't conscious, you aren't free.

I'm 15 and my goal is to have a body better than almost everyone when I'm 20,i want to be one of the well reda guys around and i wanna be confident,I'll do whatever it takes to reach their.
This is so crucial, when it comes to long term goals. Sometimes the mind gets distracted by life but to achieve those goals you gotta repeat you're goals, the destination you want to reach.

I was addicted to games and junk food and had trauma from my past dv experience with my father.
It's only been 2 months and I still have a long way to go, but my life is 100% better then before.

Love the idea of long term thinking, some people take it as an excuse to go easy but when you set such a grand goal then you know you don't have a choice ut to go day in day out, incredibly powerful.

I never even started with the main channel, I always resonated more with this channel. And not even for more education [ even if that's apart of it ]. It's mostly about associating with the right energy/mindset and having the right inner circle. People have no excuse in surrounding themselves with the right people, when you can associate with wealthy individuals dead or alive through podcasts and books.
Definitely agree, when it comes to goals, you HAVE to set them high and lofty, we as humans strive for perfection, even though it is impossible, it gives our lives meaning to pursue bigger and better things, as much as we say we hate pain, it is the driving force of everything that we do

You’re speaking directly to me, to the next guy that’s watching this video. You’re speaking to the 14 year old boy who you’ve inspired to become better. You’re speaking to the 25 year old boy who spent 20-25 being an absolute degenerate and have ignited the fire inside of them and the hope that they can become better.
