This video has the vibe of your old videos. I missed that. I honestly thought that you were deviating from the content that made your channel great until I watched your video on childhood trauma. Now with this channel I see that you are keeping up with the high quality content. Great work man.

Bro your point around @27:00 is so relatable. When I started my current job 9 months ago, I hated everything about myself, secretly wished I quietly die in my sleep, and had nothing going for me. But just last week, after 8 months of self improvement, I was having a great time with my coworkers, everybody's laughing and joking, and a couple of my favorite coworkers started talking about how I'm their favorite. I immediately thought "yo this self improvement thing works." It felt egotistical to type that, but it's just my current motivation to go even harder. Love y'all

Don't get sad when it fails though, I visualize myself winning like you said, but some things are simply not in our control. When you get rejected, or fail at something take it as a lesson to improve yourself on that. Visualize yourself winning again, but now with even more experience from the failure.

self improvement is literally the general purpose to life. so many things have backed this up for me. as i go along i realize more and more things and then i see other successful people realize the same exact things literally word for word. like in this video, i realized the basis to everything is just mindset and now hamza is saying it. whoever is reading this, this is the purpose to life. fulfill that purpose because you only have one shot at life, the goal is to be able to be fulfilled, happy, greatful, and astonished about everything you've done in life on your deathbed. your deathbed is the last place you will rest, have your last thoughts, last hugs, last breathe of air, and your last seconds in a world that has been here for almost 14 billion years and some how created you, which is one of a kind, through extinctions and evolutions. don't you want to die proud of yourself? proud for all the change you've made? proud of the kids you raised? if you think life is just living on a floating rock drifting through space, how fulfilled will you feel in your last moments? life is what you want it to be, do whatever it fucking takes to get there. you will feel down, but you will also feel excited, you will feel like you can't make it, but you will also feel like you can do anything. life isn't destined to be a certain way, it's what you want it to be. choose the thoughts and actions that make you happiest and shit on anything that makes u feel down. you got control over this shit, nothing else. stay up and always put 10x of the work in to your goals cuz if anybody can do it, it's you. GET TF UP AND START MOVIN, IT STARTS TODAY. YOU LITERALLY HAVE THE ABILITY TO MAKE A NEW HUMAN BEING FROM YOUR BALLS RIGHT NOW, WHEN WILL YOU START?

The best advice.. I've never loved my body, but lately I like my body better than my personality.. hating your personality is even worse.. So I've got 21 days, I want to become a youtuber and I really don't believe in myself, but from now on I'll. And I will have the perfect personality.
1st day: idealising what it means to have the perfect personality. Visualising what it would look like if people liked me if I made people confortable and happy.. visualising how I would feel if I liked the videos I made..
Day"2" it has been 6 days 😂 but I have been liking myself so much more . i have realised my worth, even as a woman, I am funny, interesting, beautiful, a good housewife, and I am sure I will be a great mother.. I love myself so much more now, I don't even know. My ideas are my strenght. I love discussing ideas and brainstorming. I am figuring it out how I can make a living out of that. i am thinking about creating a podcast, or just making new youtube videos about topics. I immediately think people will find it boring, but if I find it interesting, that the best reason ever! Still convincing myself, but I am just visualising me + a podcast+ inspiring people + making them question their confort zone. I want to make people happy! Like you

I started talking to myself in the mirror and saying that I was good looking and sexy and as weird as it was, at some point I actually started to believe it and started to do it even in front of my family as jokes lol. I got on a diet and an at home workout routine and within a year I turned into what I imagined in my head. School started back and people said the glow up was immaculate. This video is eye opening. You explained so much things that were always very vague to me. I am on self improvement for 3 years, I do all the good habits, but I was not thinking much about power of subconcious mind and how I perceive myself. I remember when I watched Goggins interview, he said he saw himself sitting on the chair on graduation day with all other navy seals graduates. He visualised this as 300 pound guy. I
Now it makes perfect sense. Total game changer. Thank you Hamza.

You literally helped me solve this f***king puzzle of knowledge. I know the visualization part, but I would "use it" completely in an inefficient way. I actually just consciously started acting and thinking and role-playing as if I am in a specific positive situation, twice, and literally felt a sort of chill going through my body and a burst of happiness... I then proceeded trying several times, same body reaction, as if I succeeded, it made me get off my chair and pace like a mad man, I got mad hype 😂😂😂 Hamza, dude... this is like the third video I watch from this channel... This video blessed my algorithm at the right time. I have been on my own self improvement journey for some time now and have had success. I went from sturggling through the last years of university with severe depression, 'releasing' constantly, and having no direction. To getting fit, finishing school and getting a stable job but after a few months of that I just recently realized something was missing. My spark and drive for improvement dwindled as I got more and more good results. My 'killer instinct' as I call it was lost because subconsciously I felt there was no need for it anymore just because I had a little dose of what can come if you put in the work and effort. My self image was/is the issue. Just as you said it when I started this video it clicked. I'm not identifying myself with who I want to become anymore. I'm identifying myself with the person I am now and that is THE biggest killer for self improvement because it logically goes against it even if the person I am now is better than who I used to be. To ever improve means to keep moving forward but if you're only looking 1 step forward you're bound to hit something you can't see. By me self identifying with who I am now I can never be who I want to be and I was never aware because it still felt I was doing something right (considering I am more successful than I was before.) Sorry for the rant, but I had an epiphany thanks to this video. Cheers.

In my school project I made short videos on what is needed for success
    I talked about
    Discipline/willpower
    Growth mindset
    Patience/Delaying gratification
And while making this, I realised that these all link together and relate together
My solution to the growth mindset was to think less negative and more positive so that the positive side takes up more of your thinking which is basically the advice you’ve given.

Day 1 - I took time to visualise the end goal I have and that's 10k a month from my business. It was hard at first to focus on that alone without thinking about the other bull. I finally got there, the feeling made me happy I cut out the noise and just saw the success and me achieving that goal.
Day 2 - I’m not gonna lie it’s been a lot harder to clearly visualise today. I have worked really hard for the past 2 weeks and I’m waiting to see results. I can still see me having what I want in the end. Decent, yesterday was much clearer.
Day 3 - late check in today, the easiest visualisation I’ve had so far, maybe the time of day I do this helps.
Day 4 - I had a very busy day, I tried to visualise but it didn't go too well, way too much on my mind today. First complete failure
Day 5 - Man, I think I really understand what Hamza is saying now. I feel like this is the first time I've truly visualised properly, I thought what I wanted to see was the 10K but today I realised its not just that, it's the freedom that comes with it. I was initially visualising 10k in my account every month but today it was different. I saw what I could do with that freedom and it made me very happy. It's taken me 5 days to get my real desire from all this
Day 6 - After my revelation yesterday, I thought it would make visualising easier. That's not the case though, regardless I need to keep going, way too many distractions today.
Day 7 - This is the first day I've missed. I'm going to add an extra day, more distractions than day 6
Day 8 - It was simple today, the distractions of the previous days are now gone, I feel that my hard work is going to pay off. I truly feel like this is a calm before the storm.

I hope this motivates people, these are the most significant moments of my day implementing these visualisations:
Day 1 - had to re rack my home gym overhead press / squat rack with a 60kg barbell from the floor (I’ve only done this weight a couple times before but struggled everytime) and I was going to remove a 5KG plate from each side but instead I visualised the satisfaction of swiftly cleaning it from the floor to the start of an OHP position, and so I did it as if it was literally like a 40kg barbell, just started smiling to myself in the mirror ahead of me as all these man in these comments kept saying shit I couldn’t believe, and I had just done some semi-unbelievable shit in that moment
Day 2 - Was fitting a wood boiler in my garage and visualised completing every small task to help motivate me through the day - definitely had a positive effect nothing massive but definitely helped me get through the day
Day 3 - Started visualising the satisfaction of squeezing out 2-3 more reps when I believed I had gone to failure in the gym - it somewhat worked because the visualisation of how the feeling would be knowing I went to absolute failure carried me through those reps rather than letting my mind stop me
Day 4 - not much to recall
Day 5 - Visualised the feeling of fulfilment completing sections of my Personal Training course whenever I felt unmotivated - was beneficial and kept my mind focused on positive things
Day 6 - not much to recall
Day 7 - not much to recall (didn’t really practice visualising days 6 and 7)
Day 8 - I was finding a iPhone wallpaper of David Goggins and the 1 I put as my wallpaper was simply a black background with white text saying “WHAT WOULD GOGGINS DO?” during my leg day, the previous set I had just done 8 reps to what I thought was failure on the leg press machine, I then did a set and when I was struggling I thought to myself “What would Goggins do?” In that moment and managed 12 reps - not really visualisation, but a positive motivation-driven mindset goes a long way boys.
Days 9-12 - Well haven’t been doing this for 21 days consecutively, however when I implemented it today for my driving lesson it did help with my anxiety and lack of motivation I feel before lessons - just thinking how great I’ve felt after the 2 hours of making significant progress with my driving was what kept me happy to commit to the delayed gratification

Back here after 21 days :
Honestly if I say 1st 5 days i did it like full consciously aware that yes I'm gonna do self visualisation today.
After 5 days i missed like 2 days i didn't remember to visualise the destination. But i continued it afterwards.
      Ok now for the results:
The way now i see myself I'm more confident in myself honestly just like hamza said in one of his video today's men don't make a good eye contact and I'm not afraid to make a good eye contact, rather i do it intentionally and guess what 90% of men looks away damn ! And it feels so good.
I am so not good at talking to opposite genders like I would go blank literally. But after this it's not big change but i can really talk with girls actually have a good Convo and can hold great eye contact. I even have flowers to the girl i like and she liked it ! This was impossible few years ago ! Man
Self improvement is so damn gold mine. Honestly speaking i slack off a week on due festivals here on self improvement.
But I'm going back to the grind again,
If this thing do this in 21 days imagine the compounding effect it gives combined with no fap, working out, meditation, self confidence.
Boys just get it done make this priority.

I resonated so well with the part in the video where you're talking about men who have put a decent amount of time (6 months) into self improvement but feel largely the same because results of these daily habits are more rewarding years down the line (fitness, business, meditation). My self-image hasn't been great even while I manage to stay consistent with my kickboxing/gym/journaling/meditation/and I think that's because I find myself feeding my brain these negative manual thoughts all the time. I see myself being shy at work and being hard on myself for snoozing the alarm even though I do it every fucking day. It's time to visualize success and confidence because I've set myself up with the habits needed to get me there. I've leveled up my discipline so there's no reason I can't visualize success everyday.
I've just recently made the decision to give up teaching myself software development (6 months of dedication/study) to pursue something I'm much more knowledgable and passionate about. While this is a big decision, I've realized studying coding wasn't for nothing. If I can go that hard studying something I wasn't passionate about and is insanely hard, imagine what I could do with music (something I'm passionate about and has been integrated into my life one way or another for more than 15 years) . I'm teaching music production and I'm going to pursue teaching it on UA-cam and solidifying my own understanding. Cheers Hamza, you changed my life forever. I'll keep a log here of these visualizations.
Day 1: Visualized hitting PR's on my workout. Visualized clicking upload on a quality youtube video and my live subscriber count hitting 100 subs. Did this for about 5 minutes in the morning. During my workout I did hit PR's on all my workouts and it made me realize I can push myself way harder if I visualize becoming that beast I want to become. Made necessary steps towards uploading a video (finished final script, figured out how to record webcam, screen, and microphone audio, researched what video editing software will be best for my needs).
Day 2: Worked a double today so couldn't envision too much besides havin a laugh with my coworkers. I did make more effort to just be in a lighter mood and show gratitude when I'm there. I tried to work on my video after work but I figured I would get an early sleep and tackle the work in the morning on my day off.
Day 3: I envisioned clicking the upload button my youtube video. I am currently working through this by learning how to edit my fully recorded video. I'm thankful for this process and can't wait to press that upload button tonight. I learned today speaking to a camera makes my mind go blank. I'm so glad to have had a script written beforehand lol. And I'm excited to level up this skill of communication because I know it will get easier.
Day 4: I did it. I uploaded my first youtube video and have celebrated this small victory. Pressing that publish button never felt so good.
Day 5: Worked a double today but hit the workout right after work. Hit more PRs on chest and tricep workouts and man am I feeling it. Progress baby
Day 6: Went to Barnes and Nobles today after checking out Hamza's book recommendations and picked up psychocybernetics to learn more about this visualization experience. I'm planning to make a beat today and start working on video #2 for this week. Small goals daily make big goals reality.

Boys just get it done make this priority

I'll start this tomorrow since I'm gonna sleep in 30 mins.
Day 1: I forgot to do this the day I said I was going to do it, but today during my meditation the thought sprung into my head so for the last few minutes of my meditation I tried the visualisation thing. At first it was hard but then I sort of started to understand the concept the deeper I got into it. I assume with time and practice it will become easier and more effective.
Day 2: I was really sick today so when I was laying in bed I thought about having kids when I grow up and the type of life I want them to have so I got out of bed and just did productive stuff no gym or anything because I wanted to rest to get back into the gym and train properly.
Day 3: So far I don't really see a drastic change in anything but its kind of like being able to motivate yourself which I guess will turn into discipline.

I'm gonna stop recording this stuff in here because I think it is kind of pointless, I'm gonna keep on doing it and if something happens I will write it here.

Day 1 : I will start this habit tomorrow and i hope this willl help me to look at life in a different way.
Day 2 : I went to college and in one of the classes i had to give a speech. Normally I am good at it but today i started fumbling after the first sentence. My hands also were shaking. Because I lacked confidence.
Also I will start going to gym from next week. There are some formalities to be done so it wil take time.
I was able to control my urge to fap..but was really hard ..so I unfortunately did it once.
No improvement nothing..but writing these down...will help to focus on how to correct these things.
Day 9 : I finally joined the gym..and now my whole body is aching...But I felt very refreshed after completing todays workout...
I think its becoz of Hamza 's videos though😅

9:28 Have you read Daniel Kahnemans "thinking fast and slow" Its a great book that changes your perspective on the way you think and learn. Has the same sort of idea that you explained where there is a subconscious and conscious thinking.

100% Correct on the fighting. It's what I did all throughout my career. The training was just the shit I had to do between 'now' and getting 'what is mine.'
