  • A mouth-watering and delicious pasta souffle with cream, cold meats and
    melting cheeses, it is ideal for every season.
    Recipe ingredients
    500 gr. Spaghetti rigatoni
    400 gr. Whipping cream
    200 gr. Milk
    2 eggs
    200 gr. Ham
    100 gr. Bacon
    150 gr. Guda
    150 gr. Mozzarella
    150 gr. Regatta
    Olive oil
    Salt
    Pepper
    Execute recipe
    Pour salt into a pot of boiling water
    500 gr. Spaghetti Rigatoni
    Boil according to package instructions
    Drain well
    Put 100 g in a pan. bacon cut into pieces
    and saute on medium heat for 3-4 minutes
    Pour olive oil into the pot with the spaghetti
    Salt
    Pepper
    200 gr. Ham Chopped
    100 gr. Bacon
    Mix the ingredients together
    Put a little olive oil in a 30X35 cm fireproof dish
    Add half the pasta
    Spread the ingredients evenly, and put

    75 gr. Mozzarella
    75 gr. Regatta
    We add the rest

    Put 2 eggs in a bowl
    400 gr. Whipping cream
    200 gr. Milk
    Mix until the ingredients are incorporated
    Pour the cream over the entire surface
    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30-35 minutes
