@@pierrenj79 Clearly the Sigma. 2 Buttons, aperture ring, better sealing, better build quality, excellent iq and the best thing: it has those super precious 4mm more on the wide end. Excellent lens!

if you have the budget, defo going for GMII. But got to ask yourself if corners to corner is important or you're only focusing on the centre of the image. If corners to corner = GMII. centre focus = Sigma. Both are equally sharp centre. Has the budget, just go for GM II.

I returned this lens because of the horrible chromatic aberration, I take a lot of lifestyle close-ups and this was quite dealbreaker.
It feels heavier than it is, i feel the same way too, ha ha

I haven't done the comparison but I felt there was not a massive difference in an image quality.
