Good job tbf but I’d have a Japanese pull saw to cut anything the plunge can’t , never a standard wood saw will make your edges super crisp like a joiners shop…👍
Get a door made to fit or try and source one and charge accordingly, probably work out the same price, with the time spent on making it all work, sometimes it's not worth hassle. Lovely work, but you don't want to be doing it for free

Why don’t you use the hinge and run ur knife around it instead of the pencil?
