Ive been going through a stressful part of my life and feel like I have not been able to see my friends at all and when i hang out with them it dosen't feel normal. This really helped me understand I am going to try to make more efforts to see them more often.
That’s great to hear friends can make any situation better. From the sounds of things you’ve got enough on your plate as is so don’t worry what others may think as if they truly care about you simply being the real you is always acceptable 😊
Honestly this one really resonated with me as I’ve had a long long long time effectively in isolation for one reason or another over the years not necessarily be choice but rather circumstances however one thing I’ve taken from all that which I hope anyone else who sees this may find helpful is that no matter how awful things may feel in the moment things can still change and quite often good things happen when you least expect them to so never give up hope. I myself have experienced exactly this rather recently actually I won’t go into specifics but I had been at a real low point like it was actually almost funny just how awful the situation was to the point I had been half laughing half crying at the time anyway right when I began to think I was out of options things changed for the better and while I’ve since more or less gone back to normal that really renewed my hope for the future and has continued motivating me to get out of bed in the morning. Oh yeah and if anything the fact this video hasn’t been seen by anyone else yet kind of reinforces the theme even more 😅
