I have the same car but a 2006 with 104k, black leather, fully loaded with navigation. for a 4 cylinder it has decent power, good mpg, smooth ride, and very reliable. The most expensive item replaced was the left cv joint for $280. There is no rust at all on the body of the car.
computerkid1416 The only current issue is the back suspension is riding low but still firm. great car, although winter is killing my mpg, getting 17 right now. ouch

You also get to choose the one u want. Dealers in Nigeria will not avail you the details of the car, especially if there’s any major fault. Mine is a 64litre capacity and I blow Ac 24/7. So I’ll say it’s fuel efficiency is top notch. Better than camrys in this regard, but not as efficient as a corolla. My car has never pulled or show signs of pulling.
i actually just picked up a 2006 EX-L 5 spd manual with the silver exterior/black interior color scheme. At idle the I4 engine did sound buzzy but after watching a few videos, i realized thats normal....I have been driving my SC300 with a 2JZGTE for so long, im used to a smooth sounding I6 engine, but the accord will definitely be my new fuel efficient daily
I just bought a black 2007 Honda Accord with 80k miles on it....I paid $3,900 and love it so far, the way it switches gears is smooth as butter, it screws in the highway too

Can you remember the gas mileage you got from your 3 cars. not asking for exact numbers but.. the 2001 accord how did the mileage compare to your 2007 since they are both 4 cylinders. and is the difference between the 4 and 6 cylinders that big. I'm asking because I have a 2002 accord v4 and thinking about upgrading to a 2006 or 2007 with the v4 or 6 and trying to get and idea if it's worth going to the v6
+A.J Westcarth I get an average of around 26 MPG on my 2007, compared to around 24 on my 2001. My 2006 got around 22, since it was a V6. These are all with a mostly equal combination of city and highway driving.
I don’t like that there is no crossover because it’s not true vtec. I have a 2007 with the 2.4 and at 5k there’s no crossover or increase in power, it sounds like any old 4 cylinder.
Sadly, I no longer have this car, it was totaled in an accident in 2016. Before it was wrecked though, it had around 85k and ran perfectly still. No issues at all to speak of. It should hopefully last you a long time.

No, the 7th gen Accord didn't seem to ever come with them. However, there's a fairly inexpensive mod that plugs into the back of the stock radio that'll give you Aux.
computerkid1416 I have a accord 05 base model. I decided to put an aux adapter that I bought one online for like $15 on the stock radio. It was good in the very beginning but later on like maybe little less than a year, it started to give different sound and didn’t power from the radio. It didn’t sound loud enough like how it use too and now all the speakers work but except the driver. The speakers are all fine because I play the radio and it works all 4 speakers but when I play music on the adapter, only 3 are working. Best bet with those radios are just to buy a after market one for like 2bills. The lowest you can get 1 is for like 140 👍🏼
@Randy Jackson wrong the j30a V6 is more refined then the k24 4 inline the V6 is safer able to maneuver in and out of traffic and also comes with the VSA not only is it safe in snow and in rain but if an object or person is in front of you you're able to maneuver around them something you can't do with the 4-cylinder. JD power award winning j30a engine one of the best in the world sure has a timing belt so what it's once every 100k miles or 10 years . Plus dual exhaust but the 4-cylinder is perfectly fine excellent for gas
+XKR1200 The price jumps a lot with a 2008, especially with it being a new generation. This 2007 was the perfect price for me, especially considering the mileage.

My dad had this exact car except the model year was 2006 same color though except that thing got rear ended
Mine did too so I no longer have it. Fortunately no one was in the car at the time. I now have a 2009 Accord.

Hey how many clicks have you got on her now and has it been reliable? Mine's the EX-L 2.4L engine (like yours) and it's got about 75k on it now...

Nope, not until 2008. It's easy to buy and install a third party adapter like I did, though.
I would prefer a v6 over an in-line 4 cylinder because of the durability and more power.

6 cylinder accords just puts more strain on the transmissions!
