I wanted my wife to use romantic flight as her walk in music for our wedding. She was so against the idea, that it needed to be more traditional than that. On our wedding day, her gift to me was the vinyl record for HTTYD, that was good enough for me. It showed that she really cared. However, when it was her turn to come down the aisle and the music of nordic voilins filled the room, i was overwhelmed with emotion. I lost it when I saw her, she really is the best.

Hiccup and Astrid are one of the best animated couples in my opinion.
It's 'cause they love each other with feeling AND consistent action, which I think is pretty rare in Hollywood these days. But yeah, best animated couple.

I got goosebumps just reading that quote. This series is so special to me. I don’t know why but I’m very emotionally attached to this series. Hiccup and Toothless’ friendship is something I think about often. Imagine loving your best friend so much, you’d give them up to keep them safe? I don’t know if I’d ever be as brave or selfless as Hiccup, but I know I’d give anything to have a friendship like theirs.

I can never get over how gorgeous these movies are. I can remember watching the first movie in the cinemas when I was like 10 and my mum and I instantly fell in love with it. After that Httyd Was my mine and my mum’s all time favourite movie. We would watch it at least once a month for like 5 years. These movies are literally the foundation of my childhood. It makes me so sad that we never got the chance to enjoy the last movie together before she passed away.

My flower girl walked down for the first minute of the song and at 1:05 the doors opened for me and I walked down with my dad. The build up was so perfect. I couldn't stop crying. My Astrid(Ellen) passed away March of 2018 six years ago and we loved these movies, this piece of music never fails to tear me up. I'll have to tell her about the last one when we're together again.

Here’s a little story
When I was born and I moved to America how to train your Dragon was my first ever movie I saw, and I loved it, when I heard I they were making a live action, I started crying because my childhood movie was coming back, and I bet you my little self would be jumping up and down saying, yay we made it!! Now go watch it for me make me proud tell me all about it when your done, the soundtrack of this movie was so calming and emotional for me 😢

That was and remains my favorite story, it is not only a movie or tv series just for children, it touches adult themes, but with the innocence of children! I had this song stuck in my head while taking the scenic route leaving Knoxville, TN on the I-40 crossing into NC. Such a fascinating song to play while driving & it fit the moment.

I’m a fifteen year old who is still obsessed with the movies and the shows. I don’t care if anyone calls me childish I grew up on all three movies and all 6 seasons of the show! I love hiccup and Astrid to death their relationship, when I’m older I want a man that treats me like how hiccup treated Astrid with patience and care and love

I just rewatched this movie, because I just had the urge. This song will forever send chills down my spine and make me melt. Listening to it during the credits with my eyes closed, hearing every instrument, is absolutely the best feeling. Love this film, and series.

Nice choice to tone it down a bit compared to the original, gives it more of a romantic feel
Oh that opening. With the gentle violin coming in, then supported by the choir singing beautifully. Ngl, I always made fun of choir kids for having to make weird sounds and whatnot, but HTTYD music just wouldn't be the same without the singing. And I'm glad it's there. (Although I'm still not joining choir.)
