I’m pretty sure the glintstone pebble stagger got nerfed in a patch. It’s still a good ash, but isn’t as broken as it used to be. Ice spear is pretty gnarly on the harpoon since you’ll get more out of intelligence than you usually get from cold affinity.

I'm gonna be honest, the best way to use the pike is to have giant hunt on it and mix up between GH and the strong attack, as for the clayman's harpoon, it is super useful since if you are running an int/ arc build (for bubbles as an example) you can add additional scaling thanks to it being one of those weapons where you can put ashes on and change affinity
I like running the pike on holy with rings of light on a build with the mausoleum knight chest + choice drip combo and eclipse GSh or cuckoo GSh. It's a fun way of using the pikes reach that isn't just poking since the slashes have collision plus the projectiles can complement your roll catch potential in a way that's again. Not just poke. Also drip is fire.

The arc on spinning slash on it is crazy I took it into a free for all and hit all three at once
phantom slash is ridiculous on it
Put spinning strikes on it with the rotten winged sword insignia and hit over 1k damage on just the start up alone
