    Why does some of it inside got seeds?

      @shirleycool166. Yes, they have seeds but as they are still really young so the seeds are soft and can be eaten. For those luffa that has a lot of fiber and brown color seeds are old luffa and they are not for consuming. Thanks for the question. Happy cooking 😀😀

      I rmb this as a sweet plant too. However I bought one to cook and it's surprisingly bitter

      Hi malmn, thank you for the comment 😀 It looks similar, but there are some differences that we can use to tell them apart. Bitter gourd has smooth and rounded edges/ bumps, while luffa has sharp edges. Also, bitter gourds tend to be shorter and smaller than luffa. Hope it helps 😀
