Anika is one of the most interesting drummers out there. She is a breath of fresh air in the music community. Such discipline, and wonderful compositions. You are truly an inspiration to me.
OMG! I'm 8 years late. I never heard of Anika until today in April 2024. Instantly my favorite drummer of all time.
When I need inspiration or recover from a bad day, I come back to this video and play it for 4-5 times in a row.
I am absolutely flabbergasted. There is no exaggeration when I say this deserves to be one of the great drumming masterpieces: the composition, the technique and the phrasing are all exemplary. This is drumming as musicianship at some of its very finest.

I love not just the drums, but the whole composition and the production. A lot of people don't understand the amount of effort it takes to come up with your own song, design all the instrumental parts, play it and record and produce it into such a kick ass format. REALLY REALLY REALLY GOOD!

I like that her videos are more about the music and drumming than anything else. I've seen other female drummers who can play but the video is all about them smiling, posing, hair blowing, like a model shoot. So ridiculous. Her name should be changed from Anika Nilles to Anika Rules!

What I like about this drummer is that this is just good music. A good song. Not a cover nor any meme or exaggerated performance to catch the attention of people. Just a musician doing music. I am glad that work like this get's millions of views and not only the above-mentioned type of videos

Gekommen bin ich auf den Kanal durch ein Interview vom Sina Drums. Bin hier sehr begeistert, das ist Musik anders als woanders. So ein bisschen gegen die Strömung. Man kann nicht ausrechnen, was gleich kommt Kein Schema F. Laufend ist das Schlagzeug ein wenig versetzt.
