I love it man. I have pretty much all the upgrades you have but M2c and Vitavon and I love it with all the upgrades and have not had any trouble at all. I do have the Vitavon diff cases and I do recommend those they work perfect. I have another Sledge that's pretty much stock and I have had diff gears problems with the stock stuff like a lot of people but I think you will love the upgrades.

Jason, I've been following your journey since the release of the Sledge a year ago. Very nice builds and upgrades. Out of curiosity, how much in total have you sink into this endless money-pit so far?
Oh man! Can't wait to see how this turns out. Your Sledge was really good already. I will say that I have been enjoying mine. It's pretty stock still. Gears are still good and the stock chassis only has a slight rear bend. I have been really surprised. Have you seen the Treal upgrades? They are making a nice diff case and chassis braces

What are you using for a ESC mount? I’ve been looking at the m2c one and a 3d printed one from ETSY. I’ve got the same KC RC motor mount. Castle 1717 motor and Castle Monster 8S ESC. Thanks!
My Sledge won't calibrate. I can't get into the programming mode. If I release the button when it turns red - it stayes red and won't go through the process. Only when i am pressing the button it will go 1x red 2x red and finishes with 3x red. After that everything on repeat. When I release the button it starts blinking green again... I don't know what to do...
You won’t regret the vitavon axels, haven’t bent one yet… bet all of yours are slightly bent too… traxxas sucks
