I have four children, yes it’s hard but so damn possible! I’m at my lowest weight ever right now but I’m starting to lift weights to gain muscle and achieve my own version of body goals. Have a safe delivery! Get lots of rest afterwards & focus on your child and your health. There will be plenty of time to get back into shape. The time with your baby is very very short in comparison to the rest of your life. Eat healthy for both you & baby! Don’t be afraid to ask people for help. Mom life is so different, but SO worth it 🤎

Quick tip for your potatoes - after salt you can add some pepper and some garlic into your grill . The garlic after being in the oven it makes it very soft and you can use it as a paste 😉😉 love the workout 🙂😌

Find a routine that you enjoy and is fun for you, just do small workouts at first and then add onto them when you feel comfortable
