2018 Ford flex, customer complaint, jerking on acceleration

I have a 2014 Flex with no issues with trans, so I was wondering what the deal was with this one. Looks like too much technology.... only issue with mine is leaking oil pressure sensor. This was a good one though keep it up.

Yeah, the lady has still never came back to this day, so not sure what she was feeling
